The food is always fresh, fries are never cold or soggy, they have friendly customer service, & validate coupons quickly.

Went durning lunchtime they were so busy with only 1 cook. The manager was so kind poor guy kept apologizing for the wait. They... were working their butts off. Food was hot and fresh we even got free fry?s for the waiting without asking. Great stop if youwant Fast food. Wish they had more help after seeing how hard they work at lunchtime. Read more
I went through the drive-through, and when I got home, my order was wrong. Also, I didn't get a receipt to fill out an online... survey. I tried to call twice, and no one would answer the phone. Very poorly managed and very poorly staffed. Read more

The Burger King Whopper is without a doubt my favourite fast food hamburger but sadly I don't have a Burger King near... me. Yesterday, I was running a few errands in a part of town that I don't normally visit and I passed a Burger King on my wayto my destination. I had already made up my mind to stop in and get a couple of Whoppers for myself and I called my Mrs. to seeif she wanted anything and she asked me to bring her a Whopper with cheese and nothing else as she cannot properly digestLettuce and Tomatoes and she doesn't like Onions and Pickles. So when I arrived at Burger King on the way home, I should havetaken it as a warning sign when I noticed that the drive through appeared to be closed. I parked and came in and I noticed thatthey had only one customer eating at a booth. And in retrospect, I think it may have been an employee eating their shiftmeal. Here is what I ordered....... One Whopper with Cheese and NOTHING Else On It. One Whopper with Bacon and EXTRAEVERYTHING On It. One regular Whopper with EXTRA EVERYTHING On It. One Medium order of Onion Rings. When I returned home andopened up the bag, unfortunately, this is what I found. My Mrs. opened her order first, the Whopper with Cheese and NOTHINGELSE. What she got was a Whopper with Cheese (I guess we should be grateful that they got the Cheese part right) AND a mostgenerous amount of Onions and a bunch of Ketsup & Mayo. And for both of my Whoppers that I had asked for EXTRA EVERYTHING to beadded.... Not even a scrap of lettuce not to mention a complete lack of Tomatoes and Pickles!!!!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!! Itwasn't like you were busy or anything as I was the only freaking customer in the store!!! I guess I should be grateful that youdidn't screw up the Onion Ring's as well! Read more
Doesnt seem busy when i go and my orders have always been right, warm/hot, and done to order.
