My husband went to this location today 12/3/2022 and ordered us dinner. The girl working was told by him to place MILD Salsa on... one of the bowls but she spooned the HOT salsa on instead and not just on one of the bowls, but BOTH of them. She made them thesame when they were each suppose to be different. She told him she could remake the bowls but did not remake them and rushed himalong when he asked to speak with a manager. Once again another disappointment with this store. I dont go often and I try to give them grace but it is consistently terrible.... The amount you’re given when you order online vs. the amount you get when you go inside is considerably different. My meal issoupy (you can see the liquid on the side in the picture), undercooked, and did not have any extra of what I asked for. A veggiebowl can’t even get extra anything. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that I actually got the other items Irequested, usually they forget my guac or chips. I will not go back to this location. Read more

I went in person because I have had them mess up my online order multiple times. This used to be a step up from other... Mexican-like fast foods; not at all anymore. Luckily, I wanted a burrito bowl, but while in line, did see many tortillas putinto the warmer that were folded/creased. This would cause them to rip down the line. Went there yesterday and there was foodeverywhere on the counter and on the floor. Pretty consistent with pictures by other reviewers. The rice was not mixed and I gota spoonful of straight cilantro in my bowl. You could tell the protein juices were dripping into each other. There was meat inthe quest. There was cheese and lettuce in the guacamole. Corn in the sour cream. They were out of 2 salsas in the pick up linebut didn’t make mention of that on the app (I checked 10 minutes after I left). There was two different dine-in customers whobrought their food back up while I was in line and their food was remade physically over mine. The ingredients that were beingadded into their burrito would fall into my bowl. This place used to be good, and the employees used to care, but now there aremany better options nearby. Read more

The wife and I both got the new steak. We asked for double meat and both got barely any meat. Also forgot other toppings. We... ordered through the app. Just because we're not there to see you make the food doesn't mean we won't find out you screwed us onportion and toppings. I have given this place so many tries and almost every time without fail something is always wrong. The employees are always... overwhelmed which I understand in this pandemic with all the staffing issues. What I don’t get is why mobile orders ordelivery orders are ALWAYS messed up. The bowl is either half of what it should be or the chicken has a bone or 2 in it orit’s too salty. This location needs a serious over haul and chipotle in general seems to be going down hill. Won’t beordering again for awhile and won’t order again from this location for good Read more

I used to dine here multiple times a week, but the food quality and service has consistently gone downhill. It especially... declined during the pandemic and with the addition of the drive-thru. If you want lower quality “Mexican” food with mediocreservice, my advice is to save some money by heading to Taco Bell instead. Read more

Worst chipotle experience I have ever had. Ordered two sofritas burrito bowls and informed them that I am vegan. It came with a... giant piece of steak on top. No apology whatsoever. Opened the replacement only to also have steak on top. I walked in insteadafter being given beef twice and was met by very rude service manager named Randall who laughed at my concerns and didn’teven offer me my money back or apologize. Kept walking toward me despite me backing away, so strange. To my vegan friendschipotle is not a safe option. I used to to go to chipotle multiple times per week but will never ever be back. I spent 20 onfood I couldn’t eat. The kitchen was one of the nastiest I have ever seen. I’m so disgusted on so many levels. Read more
