Guy with the glasses that took my order today really showed off his customer service skills when he filled a bag (that was... obviously too small for my order) to the brink and crumpled up some greasy napkins as a cute little topper! He proceeded to giveme some melted blizzards with ice cream running down the sides of the cup and no lids, then forgot an order of fries that I wascharged for which is just awesome! Soon as he handed me my food he closed and locked the window as he said ?have a good day?very fast almost as if he knew I was in a hurry! The way my food was going all over my car and ice cream was leaking all over mycup holders made my drive home so delightful that I just wanted to turn around and thank him for this wonderful service ?? I just got hip to the Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard, I ordered mine with a "twist" half vanilla half chocolate. It was... delicious! Went through the drive thru and had a smooth transaction. Friendly staff, no problems. Read more

while the $5 small blizzard was good, it was not worth $5. The shredded chicken sandwich costing $5 was a small dab of chicken,... spread out would not cover half the bun. Not the DQ I have been going to for a long time....won't be back. 2 stars for blizzard,otherwise zero. Read more

I didn't know ownership had changed but I got a hint the second we pulled into the parking lot and saw "now hiring." The old... owners NEVER had a shortage of hardworking employees. It was obvious after we stepped inside. The window to pass hot food wasinexplicably blocked off - forcing everyone to crowd around the registers waiting for their food. We also could no longer watchour hot food being prepped. The high prices and lack of old menu favorites was the final death knoll. After an awkward andcrowded experience ordering and waiting for food, and then another crowded wait after having to re-approach the counter to getitems missing from our order, I knew I'd never be back. So sad that this was the BEST DQ for over 50 years and they thought itwas smart to change anything. My very last visit to this location ever. :( Read more

On foot or riding a bike and being environmentally friendly? Well no ice cream for you. Only drive through is open. Lobby is... closed yet all the employees are huddled in there together unmasked. Makes no sense. The good news is that we finally triedWhit?s today and loved it. New ownership has ruined what was a great place. Read more

Since the change in ownership quality has gone down. We have gone a few times since the change and each time we are... disappointed. My blizzard was given toe melted, my son's vanilla shake was a Carmel shake at least that is what we think we got.The customer service isn't what it used to be. We went there after a baseball game with my son's whole team to celebrate theirseason because the dining room was still closed we had to go through the drive thru then park our cars and go sit on the patio.It was a bit annoying. Then when you question your order quality/ order you are given a litany of excuses. It has been a familyfavorite for years. Sadly we will be going to Graeter's or Rita's. Read more

We only got icecream, but it tasted pretty good. The dining area was a bit of a mess. They had a big kitchen piece (not sure... what it was) just sitting in the back of the dining area and had a bunch of tables pushed together. Read more

Gave this restaurant another chance after previously having a bad experience. Went to this location last night and ordered ice... cream in a cup. The amount of ice cream I got was unacceptable! Still charging high prices and getting a smaller serving isridiculous! And to make matters worse when I voiced my concerns to the young female employee at the window she shut thedrive-through window on me mid-sentence! I was very professional and just let her know that I was not satisfied with the amountI was served. I called into the store and an employee said that they are working on customer service. That girl working at thedrive-through should?ve been in the back on fries! I will never give this location my money again. Awful service!! Read more
