Seemed like premade crust, underdone and limp. Wings underdone and fatty. Look elsewhere for a pizza and wings.
While I prefer the cinnamon is also spread on the other 85% of the pizza, I am impressed they got some of the cinnamon to look... like toppings But yeah part of this is inedible and I'll need to cut it around that. Read more
Worse than Domino's. BURNT PIZZA. MY DOG WOULD NOT EAT IT......Management could of cared less. Pizza was cold.

Ordered from this location once with no issues. Second time ordering from this location I was very disappointed. My expectations... for boneless wings from a pizza place are not very high but what I got served was pathetic. It looked like they were heated upon a dirty surface so there was weird burnt pieces stuck on every piece. And whoever prepared them was too lazy to properly tossthem in sauce. Instead they put them in the container and squirted some sauce on top. Overall my pizza was ok but had a crispyburnt edge around almost the whole thing. My husband's pizza looked ok. I've always enjoyed Donatos pizza but this one was a total failure !!! how is it that you can deliver someone's food and... completely forget an item which was ordered and paid for and do not mention anything about it when you deliver the food... ontop of the cheese bread being burnt completely ????????When it was taken out of the oven I'm sure that it was noticed yet butyou sent it out anyways??? smh this speaks volumes about your customer service and that you dont care about the quality of yourfood.The pizza did not have the taste of a regular Donatoes works ???? either. We enjoyed the pizza and hot wings. We were happy with the thin crust. There was plenty of toppings. Very good taste. We were... told 15-20 minutes and the pizza was ready when we picked it up. We will order from there again. ???????? Read more
Website was not working properly to order online. Called the local number for the store. Apparently that number went to a call... center out of the country for Donatos. 20 minutes later I completed my order. India call center took my order... terribly. Couldnot speak English worth a darn. Ha Then sent me back to Mill Run store to complete the order. Amazing... just let me call thestore directly in the first place. Donatos can't even take their orders. Guess I will not do that again. Read more
