Best fast food place. Love the gluten free pasta. Even if it is microwaved.
Italian McDonald's. I had no idea what I thought this would be when I came into a Fazoli's, but I never thought someone would... microwave noodles and charge someone else for them. The pasta is an affront to Italy and Italians and there are no redeemingqualities. The white sauce is chunky, the red sauce is separated, and the breadsticks are almost palatable in the areas on thetop where they've had a garlic butter spread. Then, one bite into them reminds you that you're just eating non-nutritionalfiller covered in garlic butter. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because this isn't a problem with this restaurant, thisjust happens to be the only Fazoli's I was willing to try. Read more
Salty breadsticks, the mozzarella stick skewer breading taste like cornmeal or fish breading and the cheese inside of it too... chewy I rather went to BK. Many of the dishes here are better than some of the local sit down full service Italian places. Great lunch specials and daily... specials. They have baked dishes also. Not crazy about their marinara sauce as its a bit like ketchup with chunks, but theirmeat sauce and Alfredo is great. Read more
Love this place. It's fast food restaurants but feels like regular restaurant. The dining area always very clean. They bring... food to your table and also have the option of metal silverware wrapped in individual plastic bags. Everyday lunch special isgood deal. Food is tasty. Read more
Ordered the chicken wings and they were horrible. They were very rubbery and non edible. The guy in charge happily replaced then... for another item. The customer service was outstanding. If you dine in you get all you can eat bread sticks. Read more
First time at a Fazoli's. I've seen them around but never had the time to check them out. Friendly service. Had the pizza... sampler, which came with pepperoni pizza slice, spaghetti with sauce and fettuccine alfredo. Also had the ultimate sampler withfettuccine alfredo, penne with meat sauce, lasagna with meat sauce and spaghetti with meatball. All very goodtasting. Definitely will be back. Read more
Used the drive thru to buy me dinner at Hilliard Home Road Fazoli's Restaurant and drove all the way back to work on West Broad... Street and as I started eating, I found hair in the food. This messed up my appetite completely and up till now I have this kindof funny feeling in my throat. I give one star for this. Maximum care must be taken when preparing food for the public!
