My husband grew up on the east side and Massey?s was the only pizza his family would eat. According to him, it was the ?best... pizza in Columbus.? We decided to try the new Massey?s that recently opened in Hilliard. We wanted to introduce Massey?s Pizzato our friends, who recently moved to area. We were greatly disappointed in this Massey?s. I consider my husband to be the onlyexpert on Massey?s and he said it seemed like they changed the recipe. The toppings were piled on, it seemed like at the lastminute. The crust was not the same corn-meal crust and the pepperonis were not crispy at the edges. Ordered a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 veggie. Looked like they piled some veggies on top of a precooked cheese pizza. Nevermind the... pepperoni?? Called to complain once home but was left on hold for 7 minutes. Read more
We have had Massey?s in Gahanna for years. Was excited to have a Massey?s in Hilliard. What a disappointment. The service was... really bad on the phone and in person the young man seemed overwhelmed. The pizza had little sauce . My husband liked thecrust but I thought it was dried out. We have ordered pizza?s three times , thinking we would give them another chance. Who evermanages the Hilliard store needs to go to Gahanna to get trained on how to make pizza. Pizza was above average when dining in, but I think it's overpriced. I could go to Tommy's and for the same price get better... pizza. The dining area was set to 76F and very humid, so slightly uncomfortable. They also messed up my friend's order. If theprices were cheaper I might come back, but I don't think the price is right for slightly above average pizza. Read more
I never tried masseys and was so excited to try it, never again!!! I gave it a 1 only because the delivery person was nice. I... decided to order a large pep, thinking hey how could you mess it up? It was burnt on the bottom and so much salt on top. Therewas no cheese or sauce. It was not worth the price of it. The bread sticks tasted like salt. Massey's of Hilliard did an outstanding job in providing the food for my event. The Manager worked with us on multiple pick up... times to insure fresh, delicious pizza and subs all day long. Food was phenomenal with raving approval from our crowd. Anabsolute pleasure, will be looking forward to ordering here again. Read more
This is not what a Massey's Pepperoni Pizza is suppose to look like. This is gas station pizza at best. Nothing like the... Westerville, 161, Gahana or Grove city locations. Please fix this Massey's. The people of Hilliard deserve better. Sodisappointing. Read more
Not sure what's up with this Massey's Pizza location. But it's definitely not the Massey's Pizza I grew up on. I even used to... work at the Whitehall store and worked there for years and don't remember the food ever tasting this terrible. We have gottenfood from this location three times now and it has been terrible each time. There is hardly ever any sauce on the pizzas Italiansubs come with hardly any dressing and there's hardly any cornmeal on the crust. Don't think we will be going back there anymorehopefully every location don't have this issue. Read more
