This location is easily the worst Panera I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately it's also the one close to me. Their... customer service is awful. Orders are almost always incorrect, missing items, or prepared wrong. When going in to pick up, instore pickup orders are always 20 to 30 minutes late, at a minimum. And I only ever get it when I run out of patience and askone of the overworked employees to help me. I cannot recommend using this Panera. Go out of your way to a different location.This one is consistently awful and the worst in the city. Read more
Bought a spicy chicken sandwich(the one in the commercial with fried pickles) and this is what you get for $10.99, per sandwich.... They were also thrown in the bag sideways. Chicken was also extremely dry, like it had been sitting under a lamp all day. Wegot home and realized they forgot the chips. This was our first time trying Panera and will be our last. Never again. I wish if i can leave zero star for this location I ordered half dozen bagel and chesse for curbside pick up my order was ready... at 12:10 Thats what the app said !! I checked 3 times on the app (I M HERE ) waited in my car until 12:25 no one came with myorder so i went to the store and asked for my order they told me oh we didn?t make it and they didn?t even see it its took themawhile to find it on the screen and they told me the bagel u picked is sold out ! Ya of course they sold them between12:10-12:25 Almost all kinds sold out really!!! When I went to the store both ladies on the chashier were talking to each otherand not working at all so they weren?t busy or anything to do my order Just lazy careless workers !!! Food was hot. Portions are fair. The salads are fresh. There isn't much to complain about. I LOVE the cinnamon crunch bagel.... Every time. We were traveling, and Panera is a trusted pull off for clean bathrooms, fair prices, free water and a spaciousinviting dining areas. Let me start by saying that I love Panera. I?m at least there once a week and on the regular this location messes up my order. I... still keep going because I love the food and it?s the closes location to my house but I had enough of them. This week I went toget my usual vanilla latte and first they filled my cup a little less than 3/4. I complained and they made new one. It tasted alot like whip cream but after drinking 1/3 of it, I took the lid off and notice that it didn?t have a drop of coffee it was justwarm milk with whip cream . I went to complain and they try to say that I added more milk. When I didn?t even get up from thetable and liquid was completely white it wasn?t even a light brown or cream color even after I stirred it. Read more
