Ordered food twice in the past 3 weeks and the first one they completely messed up, the second one they delivered through door... dash and the food never showed up. Amazing service. ***So I just want to follow up this review with a little more information.After my food never showed up and I called the store, I was not refunded a signal dollar of my $35 order. All they sent me was afree medium 1 topping pizza coupon 2 weeks later. $35 down the drain for a free 1 topping medium pizza. Makes perfect sense.Never again will I order Papa John's. Read more
Pizza was done ahead of their projected time. Flavor was very good. We were surprised that they sprinkled the pizza with hot... pepper flakes - not too much, just enough to give it a little bite. The extras that we ordered were pretty sparse. Read more
It?s the worst customer service. If you order your pizza you will not get it and also they charge you for it. I ordered my pizza... and they told me they need 45 to 50 minutes to get it . An Hour later I called the store it was closed. I called customerservice they told me they can?t do any thing for me. I get charged for nothing so. Ordered our pizza at 9:00pm. Stated they would be here 30-40 mins. An hour passed, tried calling and no one answered. They... finally showed up at 10:50pm. One of the easiest addresses to find, have many deliveries in the past delivered yet this time the driver couldn't find the... home. They tried calling but I was out having dinner with gf, pizza was for din. Called and manager said it would be anotherhour wait mainly because he had ONE driver on a Saturday and other orders ahead of us. Asked for a credit on my account and hesaid no.
