Food was good?but BEWARE! The business would charged you EXTRA $$ without advance information. I ordered PHO with ONLY:... Meatball and Tendon (minus eye round, flank and brisket), as underlined in green - pix 1. I received a bill with Additionalcharge of $4. As you could see on the receipt, pointed - pix 2. For being dishonest, I didn?t leave any tips. I asked theserver why the extra charge, her response : ?We don?t have a menu of Pho just Meatball and Tendon?. ???? Make sure your bill iscorrect. The hidden gem of Hillard. Place is delicious with a great staff. The location is hard to find but I promised is is very worth... it. I stopped in to get some Vietnamese coffee and had a chat with the owner. You should come check out this place. Read more

Definition of ?Hidden Gem?. Tucked back behind a gas station, it?s not easy to find, but worth seeking out. Egg rolls were hot,... crispy, not greasy and had a nice light duck sauce inspired dipping sauce. Not your typical deep fried egg rolls from your localChinese restaurant, these use real authentic egg roll wrappers. Spring rolls we extremely flavorful - light and fresh packedwith shrimp, Thai basil and rice noodles. The sweetness/saltiness of peanut dipping sauce compliments them well. The Char SiuBanh Mi is great, the bread has a soft doughy inside and a nice crisp crunch. The Char Siu itself is not too sweet and keepsthat five spice flavor throughout the juicy pork. It?s layered with fresh cilantro, jalapeño, carrots, etc. Don?t sleep on thesmoothies. The taro smoothie gives Kung Fu tea a run for its money. Can?t wait to head back and try the Pho. Read more

Ask for plain water, they?ll give you a plastic cup of tap water with a bubble tea style sealed lid on it. At first I thought it... was a covid thing (keeping the water sanitary?) but then I saw at the final bill they charged 50 cents for each cup and calledit bottled water. The Vietnamese coffee was very strong, very sweet, but too much ice. Especially at $4.50 each. The beef phowas a bit salty, the broth very light colored, and tasted like it was cut with chicken broth. I?m also accustomed to pho placesgiving you a lot more protein with your bowl. They also didn?t give very much Thai basil nor lime with the garnish plate, nobird?s eye chili either. Seems like a pho place that caters more to the western palette (which makes sense given itslocation.) However, the banh mi was delicious, served with warm baguette, and perfectly seasoned. It really saved my meal.Service was excellent and fast. I hope the owners consider some of the critiques and make improvements, and I would definitelycome back and try again. Visit 2: well, I came back and ordered the banh mi for takeout and this time around, I got half theprotein in the sandwich as I did when dining in. Even after tipping over 20% (oh yeah, they make a big production of standingover you while you?re filling out the slip, even for takeout, and even for ApplePay.) If they continue to nickel and dime theircustomers over water charges and then ingredients or serving sizes, then I can?t see a lot of repeat business. Read more

Very excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant is Hilliard area! The Pho was delicious and very authentic. Other dishes were yummy... as well. I would definitely comeback for another round. One unpleasant surprise though is that you have to pay for water (???),which I thought was the very basic thing that come with your meal at every other restaurants! Other than that, service andwaiting time was great! Read more

This place is legit - pho and bun bo hue came out hot and broth is excellent. Coffee is strong the way I like it. The cold cut... banhi mi is very good and the bread is a true crispy vietnamese style bread - the butter spread authentic and the veggies arecold and crispy - the cold cuts must be made in house also because they tasted fresh and zero freezer burn - Read more
