Since there is no survey code on the receipt, I am going to post this here. It's my birthday. Every year on my birthday I have... one pizza. It's the ONLY time we order Pizza Hut. I order a Cheese stuffed crust bacon pizza. This year, we ordered. Our ordercame 50 minutes late. Meaning it was 50 minutes OUT of the oven. They have no delivery driver, so DoorDash delivered it. Now,onto the food. The cheese stuffed crust was disgusting. The crust was hard and chewy at the same time with hardly ANY cheese.You could tell it sat out 50 minutes. There was something burnt inside of our chicken alfredo pasta that wasn't pasta, cheeseOR chicken. It was horrible. The breadsticks were dry. The cheese breadsticks were mealy. And the wings...boneless honey bbqwings were gristly. This has been the WORST Pizza Hut experience in my life. And one I won't be ordering again. Picked it up. The whole car reeked of formaldehyde very quickly, and the pizza was awful. I smelled every topping, and it was... the black olives. Truly wretched smell and flavor. I looked it up, and sure enough...sometimes olives have formaldehyde. Thisreview is for Pizza Hut as a whole (not the employees at this store)..shame on you. Get better ingredients! Read more
Gave us the wrong pizzas but more than made up for it. We ordered one hand-tossed and one deep dish a few weeks ago and were... disappointed to only have 2 hand-tossed when we got home (yes, we should have double checked). The hand-tossed is fine but wewanted to share the deep dish with the kids for their first Pizza Hut experience. A quick call to this store rectified thesituation and they gave us a free replacement for our next visit. They even threw in some boneless chicken wings for ourtrouble. Mistakes are going to happen - it's the way you try to correct them that makes all the difference. Read more
We ordered from here tracker stated it was going to take 115 Minutes. It?s now 1:15 am. They are closed and we NEVER received... our order worth over $100. I will be disputing this charge and probably will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Out of allthe pizza huts in the surrounding Hilliard and Dublin area this one has the lowest reviews. For a special treat tonight we stopped off at the Hilliard Pizza Hut on cemetery road and it was awesome as always. No I see... that some of the star reviews of this place or a little on the low side but I gave it a shot anyway in fact I?ve been here manymany times and this is my first review and I got to say they are five star. No this is not the newest or the nicest or thenearest although it is clean and pretty organized you can tell that the store has a little bit of age to it. The staff asalways seems to go above and beyond being courteous friendly and polite and very helpful. So I have never had anything butgreat luck at this little pizza pie shop. I must say it's been awhile. I kind of fell off of the PizzaHut chain for years ago and decided to re visit and it was... amazing I don't know if it's the location but the staff was very friendly and welcoming the pizza of course wasadstravigant. First time at this location...and likely the last. I will add photos in case someone thinks I'm exaggerating, but two of our... pizzas had significant toppings problems! All of our pizzas were supposed to have three toppings. Then a few bites into one ofthem we realized they forgot the sauce! I've never seen so much crust on a pizza edge and so little crust under thetoppings....and it was tough! Very disappointed! I ordered the new Pizza Hut Pizza Melts, the meats and buffalo chicken. The meats was to come with Marinara sauce. The Buffalo... Chicken was to come with 2 sauces; ranch and buffalo. I ordered the pizzas on a Sunday late afternoon and understood therewould be a 2.5 hour wait. The order arrived late by a few minutes. No biggie...but the pizza was nearly cold and the cheese washard. The buffalo chicken contained only the buffalo sauce, no ranch. I was not impressed, needless to say, with this newoffering from Pizza Hut. When I spoke with the staff, they stated they were using door dash for delivery and making multipledeliveries with each driver. They DID offer a refund which I did not accept as we ate what was delivered and, in my opinion, ifit's good enough to eat, they did their job.
