The staff was super friendly. The food was pretty good. However whatever cleaner they used was very overwhelming. I totally... recommend going. Cleaning smell is a totally me thing. I like to be able to smell the food cooking and not the hospital smell. Iam sure there are a lot of folks now who would totally appreciate the cleaner smell. Read more

9/5/22; Food was good. We had cheeseburgers, fries and onion rings. Waitress was good. What made me give the low rating was the... constant loud whistle coming from the kitchen. I?m assuming it was to alert the waitstaff an order was ready. But surely thereis a better way that is less annoying to the customers. I couldn?t wait to leave. Read more

Great experience fast service. First experience here was it was a great burger place if you lookin to grab a nice burger

I've eaten at this location about a dozen times, and overall I'd say they are a solid 4/5 stars. I'm going with 5 for this... review because the last few times the food has been absolutely perfect. Tonight we ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger, theSmokehouse Brisket Burger (limited time special) and mozzarella sticks. The burgers were perfect and the mozzarella sticks mayhave been the best I've ever had. (I know, they're probably frozen sticks like every other fast casual restaurant, but they wereso good!) I'll admit, the fries were a little undercooked, and there was one additional side sauce we ordered that was left out(but I could have checked the order and noticed that before driving away). But the burgers and mozzerella sticks were so goodthat the 5 stars is totally deserved. Read more

Great food and decent service even though was short staffed today

I haven?t had Red Robin in a year, because the previous few times, my order was wrong. It wouldn?t be a big deal if it wasn?t so... wrong that I couldn?t eat it after trying to add/remove things. But I had a gift card from Christmas I wanted to use. I triedordering online for curbside pick up, but couldn?t use my gift card because it didn?t have a pin. Why sell gift cards without apin? So instead, I called the order in. The automated system change one of my burgers completely and not one of the burgers werecustomized as specified. Every single burger had all the toppings that were not supposed to be on them, missing topping, andalso added random toppings. The kids burger that is listed on the menu as having the toppings ?on the side?, had everything inthe burger. The pretzel bites were over cooked and the fries tasted old and reheated.
