Ordered the Italiano Deep dish pizza almost a full hour before closing, and received thick pizza without a drop of sauce on it.... If you do not have any sauce, or are too lazy to make it correctly because youre about to go home in 45 minutes, just cancel myorder next time and dont waste my time and money. Read more
We love Romeos so much, but the quality at this location has gone downhill significantly since even last year. This is the third... time we have been disappointed with our order. The quality is so inconsistent. Tonight our boneless wings were barely more thanburnt tiny clumps of breading and our pizza was lopsided and doughy on one end and burned on the other. I hope management getsthis figured out. I would avoid this location. If we get Romeos again, we will be going to a different branch. Read more
TLDR: Ordered 2 pies, one was bad, was sent another almost equally bad replacement pie. Place been having issues. Best to... avoid. - Used to order here all the time, used to be excellent. - About 1-2 years ago we noticed quality issues, not veryoften, but more often that they should have been. - Ordered last night. - Dante's Peak = was ok, not very much sauce or cheese. One half of pizza was kinda flat (no box damage, the dough was just really thin on one side, very odd). - Large Pep & 1/2Sausage = laughably bad, even my kids thought it looked terrible. Cheese only in center, sauce only in center, one half wasburnt badly on bottom, sausage only on 2 pieces, so much pepperoni that the pizza was literally dripping with grease, one halfof pizza kinda flat too, I could go on...wish I took a pic. - I hate to call and complain, but this was really poorly madepizza. So I calmly called. - Manager got on phone, seemed kind of annoyed that I called at all, but eventually he did change histone and offered a replacement pizza or a refund. Which was nice and fair I thought. - I worked all day, needed to feed family,so I nicely asked for another pizza. He was cool, I was cool, everything fine. People make mistakes, have bad days, they couldhave been swamped due to Covid, etc. Moved on. - I did find it odd that no one asked what the problem was??? How were theygoing to fix the problem if they didn?t know what it is in the first place? (Obvious red flag?whatever, maybe they will send abetter pizza, right?) - Well...the replacement pizza came, and that's the pizza in the picture. - Romeo's solution to makingthings right with a long time, loyal customer, is to send another, almost equally poorly made pie (it is better, but?.) - Doesanyone actually look at the pizza before it leaves??? - I do appreciate them staying open during Covid, feeding the community,etc. But if this is the level of service they strive to provide?well?it?s a service that I won?t be using an Read more
My go to is the buffalo chicken pizza. Good amount of chicken and sauce is really good. Plus the Capone sauce to dip it in is... really good too. Also tried the breadstick with sausage on them. They were good. Read more
