Hate to do a one star on any business, but after going to this Target and Starbucks on a very regular basis for more than a... year now this past Saturday I was in line at the Starbucks for what had to be at least five minutes (NO OTHER PEOPLE WERE INLINE WHEN I GOT THERE) and I was completely ignored. I stood there watching them clean equipment and wipe down counters right infront of me (and I do mean directly in front of me) and not one of the people there acknowledged me. When a couple behind mecame in I said out loud I guess I must be invisible and still nothing, but seconds after I got out of line for the couple behindme they were waited on. I don't know if there are new people training or what but they didn't know the menu or recognize what I was ordering. I ordered... 2 ham, Swiss and egg breakfast sandwiches and they gave me the wrong sandwiches so I went bacj through the drive thru andexplained they were the wrong ones and they apologized and said they would get the right one. I was given them in a bag and wenthone only to realize they only gave me 1 of the 2 sandwiches. I gave my mother hers and now I'm hangry. I'm just glad I got acentury coffee because I'm gonna need it today ???? Read more
This just happened this morning. I walked in to get coffee and a snack on my way to visit my husband when I walked in one girl... was cleaning so I understand why she didn't say hi but the brown hair girl (kind of short) when I said hi to her she didn't saynothin I told her what I want she was very dry and then when I said thank you and she handed me my drink she didn't say nothingagain.
