My friend took two bites of her food, didn?t like it (poorly seasoned and had way too much breading/fried part), and so we told... the waitress and she was like ?well you ordered it?? ??????? Clearly, this place needs a lesson on empathy and customerservice. I own a business myself and if any of my customers were to ever say they didn?t like the quality of my service, I wouldapologize and ask them how I can make things better for them. That is called good customer service! Saying ?well you ordered it?is basically like saying ?that?s not my fault, sounds like a you problem?. When I approached the server about how we didn?tappreciate her response to our concern, she still showed no empathy and had nothing redeemable to say except that ?the cost offood right now is high, so you have to make sure to read things over twice before ordering so you know what to expect.? I getthat, but if food comes out and it?s different from our expectation (which it was in this case!!), the restaurant should doSOMETHING to make the experience better for the customer. First time going AND last. They just lost a customer who would?vebeen pretty loyal if the place was decently run since I do love me some Asian food! Just be cautious, you better like what youorder, cause they don?t do comps or refunds, and should you be dissatisfied, they will gaslight you into thinking it?s yourfault and your fault alone? not theirs. My only mistake was thinking the fried rice was for one person ???? it was so good and the pineapple aesthetic was a nice touch!... This was my second time here and honestly, there?s just so many choices I can?t wait to go back! Update: nearly three yearslater, it?s still delicious! This time got the Buckeye Roll sushi as a starter and found my new favorite sushi roll. Still a5/5 for sure. Read more
My son and I visited this location this past Sunday, and we were not disappointed. All the dishes we had were wonderful. This... was some of the best asian cuisine we have had in quite sometime. Listen, I RARELY give 5 stars. They have to earn it. Seriously impressed here on many levels. Food came much quicker than... expected. The calamari was some of the best I've had and the entrées and sushi were excellent. Additionally, the service wassecond to none. I left very impressed! Read more
What a friendly experience. Right when we arrived the staff was nice and helpful, we brought the kids and they had a great... time. We enjoyed all the soups, crispy duck, and Samba Samba. We found it while driving though town and we are hopeful to goback next time we are around. Family friendly but I did not see a changing table in the bathroom. Read more
My 3rd visit to Wild Ginger and I cannot explain how wonderful everything we sampled tasted. I cannot wait to come back to try... new things on my next visit! Decided to order takeout for the first time from this place and food and service was order terrible. Food was made incorrectly... after placing order. Tasted the food while inside the restaurant and told her it wasn?t fried and then she rushed and fried thesushi which was prepared poorly.. after asking for my money back she sorta raised her voice and was nasty about it! I will neverreturn! She said she was the boss but with that kind of attitude and idiotic behavior.. I doubt it! she needs to learn how toproperly speak to customers.. go somewhere else for better food and service this is not it! Read more
