By far one of the worst McDonald?s out. Service is horrible they never can get your order right your always wait 20 minutes if... not more on your food. Either hire better workers or mangers or shut the place down. Read more
The dinning room was dirty, there was soda all over counter by drink station. Fries were cold. A zillion people working I don't... see a reason for it to be that dirty. The orders going out, people were coming in for wrong orders, and I'm sure cold fries. Idon't get it. Read more

This experience was good. A previous experience wasn't so good. Had to wait for our order and was forgotten. In the end it... turned out good. Manager provided two fresh Happy Meal at no charge. Was told due to the long wait and our food had gotten coldthat two free sandwiches would be given at our next visit. Went for a another order about two weeks later and the manager wasthere. Reminded him of what was said and he not only provided the two free sandwiches but also provided two Happy Meals free ofcharge. That was kind of him and of course we didn't expect that. if i could put zero stars i would, highly disappointing lately, the staff seems undertrained, and very young, there seems to be... no coordination between anyone in the building. today we sat there for over 30 minutes waiting to get our order taken, andwaiting for our food, we then we?re given someone else order and both of the orders i had were messed up in terms of correctnessof what we said we wanted. i overall spent about $30 and i was just highly disappointed and frustrating experience. This is how I found one of my burgers, both of my sodas where flat and the ice was about 90% melted,my whole order was cold. I... live less than ten mins away.I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. This is the worst service I have ever had. Ithink its time for a new management. This is ridiculous! Food was average for McDonald's. Service was not the best. They are hiring and either not training adequately, or the new help... is just not capable. Several things were forgotten from the beginning of taking our order all the way to finally getting thecomplete order. Nice lady, but she definitely seemed like a duck out of water.
