The manager got upset with me and my friend for coming to the store with horses that were very well behaved waiting outside with... my friend watching them while i went in to order and told us to leave the property. Two days in a row and my oatmilk latte was not what I know a Dunkin coffee should be! Asked them to make me a latte instead of... what looked like a regular coffee with very little oat milk and it was like she had no idea what the problem was and irritated Iasked her to remake it. We had the same response the day before. The bacon was amazing though?.even though I didn?t get to eatit hot! The final latte was good and actually had foam on it, so all was good in the end. Very helpful staff my glasses recently broke and it was tough for me to read the menu all the girls inside took the time to help... me read it and they answered all my questions without grief. Was told about the free coffee mondays. When I ordered a coffee and paid through the app I was still charged, when I called the... manager to speak about it I was bluntly told ?I can?t do anything the manager isn?t here today? and started to raise their voiceat me over a $4 coffee. Dunkin? Donuts Corporate if you read these you NEED to figure out what is happening.
