So usually the food is well made, warm, and relatively quick. I realized that is during the day or other times where mostly the... adults are working . The last few times I went there was "cash only" and they hit you with the old "the ice cream machine isbroken" 3 out of every 7 days but that's not even why I needed to write this review. I have worked as a cook and more in manyrestaurants, and it's not hard to make sure you don't leave foot long disgusting hairs from being in the food. While biting intomy chicken sandwich there were two dark brown hairs each almost a foot long,seemingly woven around the chicken. It was terrible.Idk why but this one was pretty gross. Read more
They were out of bacon. Their most popular breakfast sandwich and they don't have bacon? So I said give me sausage, egg and... cheese. Got my sandwich no cheese on it. Were they out of cheese too? This is a very poorly managed store. Besides the fact,that were more flies in the restaurant than outside. It is always that way. Get some traps or something. Read more
I?ve been here 3x now during their posted hours (6:30-6:45, they allegedly open at 6AM) and no one takes my order at the drive... thru. I ordered 2 plain mcdouble cheeseburgers due to an onion allergy. They gave me one plain as ordered and one that had almost" all... the ketchup & onions scraped off. This cook clearly makes bad decisions and shouldn't be preparing food for the public. When myorder sat on the counter for a few minutes while the guy at the window passed it by 4 times getting the order ready for theperson behind me in the drive thru,i should have taken that as a sign. I called to complain to Justin, the manager, and wasassured a refund upon my return the next day. I'm going in to explain to the cooks that scraping the extras off a burger doesn'tmake it a plain... Quick service. Somewhat friendly. Didn't receive one of the large fries that was included in our meal. Didn't receive the... sauce we asked for. Burgers had no ketchup on them and were pretty dry. $26 for 2 burgers and a 6 piece chicken nugget. ThisMcDonald's needs some quality control. Read more
Just went through the drive-through and order a 4c Large with a Strawberry Shake and number 7 large with a strawberry shake. The... order was correct on the order screen paid at the first window and when I got to the second window I was handed one shake and abag with only the Chicken sandwich nothing else. When asked what I was doing sitting there I told them waiting for the rest ofmy food told them what I ordered again and handed them the receipt I was parked and when the rest was brought out to me I hadeverything but one of the large fry?s. I was going to go in and have them fix it again but the fry?s they gave me where old justwashed in the oil to heat them up again so it wasn?t worth it and I didn?t want to wait longer. It?s honestly not that hard totake an order, make food, bag it up and pass all of it out HOT and FRESH to the correct customers (and yes I have worked in thefield I am speaking from experience) Just pay attention and care about your job no matter where you work. There was an older lady working the day my husband and I stopped here, I forgot to ask her name.
