Food is always awesome. Employees are mostly friendly. Be aware that the coupons we recieve in the mail are poorly worded. They... are NOT valid on online orders. They say, "must mention when ordering". Mentioning the coupon in the delivery comments onlinedoes not count. I ordered my birthday dinner tonight and ended up causing issues for them. The order was on October 25 between 5and 5:30 PM. The male manager at the time was very irritated and not very friendly or understanding. Lots of details that Ican't take time to type here. Girl who talked to me was very friendly and sympathetic and was doing her best to help me whilesaid manager was yelling at her in the background. We got my order fixed, delivery was fast, food was great. Wording on couponsneed work. They should say they are not valid on online orders. This would avoid confusion and the issue I had tonight. I had tocancel the online order and redo the order over the phone, a rather large order. We have to wait several days for the canceledorder to be refunded. The coupon was for $8 off a $50 or more order. If it had been a small amount coupon I would not have gonethrough all of this, but with this economy, every little bit helps. I would like to thank the young lady who helped me with myorder. In my opinion, she kept her composure with the manager and did a great job for me. If I were in her shoes I would havelost it on the manager yelling in the background. Maybe he was just having a bad day? Read more

Cute little restaurant that has a wide variety of American food selection. I like that I am able to place my order online and... pick up through the drive up window or have it delivered when ready. The food is reasonably priced. The staff is always friendlyand the restaurant is always sparkling clean. There is a awesome game room that offers fun for the whole family. Read more

We live on Wright Rd. We have always ordered from 24 because we love the food and so do our kids. We called to order and were... told they do not deliver to us. We were the best tippers you had. Your driver's can say goodbye to the $10-$15 tip We wouldgive. Never coming into your store again. We loved our delivery driver. This business even brought us out free food once due toa mix up. We praised this place. Never again. Update after response to my review. We still aren't ordering from you again. Thishas happened to us before and I'm tired of dealing with it. I argued with two people that night, not just the new employee. Thattells me it will continue to happen. Very disappointed that a business can't remember a loyal customer. ???? The other employeeI talked to that night was a female manager.... at least, I asked to speak with a manager and that other lady is what I got.This has happened three times to us. Not to mention food always left off our order. Extremely disappointed. We ordered Domino'sand it was surprisingly good. Ordered almost 40$ worth of food for delivery tonight and recieved one of the items wrong. Not a big deal it happens, except... when I called I was told I had to drive up to bring them back the food that was wrong to exchange it. If I'd ordered my orderwrong I'd have understood, but to tell someone for a delivery order they need to drive to you to fix what you made wrong isdisappointing. Read more
