I went through drivethrough last night and the initial employee taking the order was short in speech and did not appear to want... to be there. The next window was fairly rude. The manager (guessing by appearance) stuck my food back out of the window in arapid motion with no words which ripped a hole the bag when it hit my hand. Upon grasping the bag, I attempted to say "ThankYou" but was met with the window slamming in my face and the employee walking away before I finished the first word. I leftfeeling like I should throw the food away out of principal. I did not however. (Nevermind the food tasted like it sat under aheater for a length of time.) What has happened to the service industry? Why are people so rude for LITERALLY no reason? I haveworked in the service industry, in fact, this VERY BURGERKING as a teen! There is never a reason to treat people like this...Inever did it. I was always respectful to the next customer &I expect others to show the same courtesy. Do not reccomend. If Ifeel like fast food from now on I'll go get it from the clown down the street... Read more
I'm going to walk over to the dollar store and buy the staff a fly swatter. They tore down the old store and the new store is... just as dirty. Has anyone you know of ever been in a clean Burger King? Read more
I'm giving 2 stars only because if you order through door dash it's fairly obvious you've upset someone because my delivery... orders are NEVER correct. 3 out of 3 bad orders in the last year. Never had a problem at the drive thru or dining room. Read more
Like Burger King. Really good whoppers. I remember where they first came to my town (I lived in Middletown at the time). Flame... Broiled Whoppers! Good food. Good people. Nicely located. Plenty of places to go to where its located. Family friendly. Read more
People that work the speaker are so VERY RUDE! That's twice this week and two different women that has been so hateful. Tonight... we just drove off after she took my order and in a hateful voice told me to hang on! I know it's hard to find people to work..but you shouldn't be so desperate to hire these mean people to work the speaker. Put them on the grill!! ???? Read more
Management is poor but the employees are downright disrespectful. definitely don't recommend the drive thru if you want your... order to be correct. messed up my sandwich twice in the drive thru so I went inside only for them to fail once again to make aPLAIN spicy chicken sandwich. Read more
I went here on 05/13/2022, and I had forgotten my card. There is a lovely women who works there who offered to pay for my meal.... Absolutely made my night. I wish I had gotten her name, but I'm thankful for her. Read more
This location has been awesome up until today. This was in my cup. There was stuff on the outside and so I poured it out to see... this. It honestly looked like rodent droppings. I'm disgusted and really upset. Gross. Read more
