Stopped in and waited 20 minutes before someone was ready to take our order and when they did they were out of liver, popcorn... chicken, extra crispy white meat, mac and cheese, and couldn't make mashed potatoes bowls. Was there a few days ago and other than waiting an unusually long time at the speaker to order everything else was good.. Didn't... take long to actually get to the window and get my food.. Order was correct and fresh. Read more
They no longer carry butter saying biscuits have them on it, NOT cause they were certainly dry. I asked the girl, a second time,... are you sure you no longer serve butter, she confirmed again, speaking as if KFC has altogether stopped due to expense. Read more
Prices are ridiculous now. Got the 16pc family meal...cost me $47! The tenders were rubbery, Mac and cheese was literally burnt.... Biscuits were still doughy! This place hasn't been good for a while. Just shut it down and give us a good chicken place! Read more
Ok I hate to give this rating, because they were busy. Although I've managed a restaurant myself, and this seems to repeat... itself. For this reason I don't go very often. I was with my girlfriend on her lunch break so time was crucial, we ordered justpulled to parking spot. For the third time in a row they had no pot pies. So she ordered a tender meal, I ordered a chickensandwich meal. She was looking forward to the mashed potatoes which ended up literally being 3 bites and had a perfume taste??My chicken sandwich meal ended up also being a tender meal?? Like they didn't have any boneless breast made and just substitutedit themselves. We didn't have time to try and get it right so we accepted it and left. Read more
It's a toss up whether you get good service or not. Even before this ridiculous response to the most recent Corona virus it was... the same. This picture was taken from a visit earlier of a gizzard or liver order. Although I called, nobody ever answered.Despite complaining to "corporate" nobody tried to actually make it right. Rude again they forgot my off had to ask twice for biscuits. after 3 tries still had my 2pc extra crispy white wrong. Called... back up there and ask for manager and the girl ask someone what to do and then she said I'm a manager. I ask her name she said Ididnt need it. She was just beyond rude and nasty. Read more
