Usually it's a good experience but tonight wasn't a great experience. I asked for cheese on my pasta and bread sticks, got... charged for it, but did not have cheese on my bread sticks or pasta. I didn't ask for a refund on it because it was really slowwith the service. I heard the server say she gets caught talking in the back so it makes her slow down. The bread sticks werehard as rock. I could knock on it they were so hard. We also never got refills. Rest of the food was OK but wasn't great.Hopefully it's not like this experience in the future. Read more
When I arrived to pick up my food I had to wait about 5 minutes to get service. I could see my sandwich in the warmer, with my... number on it. When I finally got service, the girl insisted the other half of my order would be "right out"..?? I only ordered 1sandwich, there is nothing else. But I wanted to add a fountain drink. She said I had to have a bottle. I wanted a fountaindrink. The drink I wanted was out of stock in bottles anyway. It was like pulling teeth to get a fountain drink to go.Smh. Absolutely horrible experience! I have a severe gluten allergy. I asked the waitress what was gluten free. She told me... traditional wings, Salad and crustless pizza bowl. Well, the wings were NOT gluten free I ended up in the ER unable to breath. I contacted corporate and they were great! Unfortunately, the Hillsboro location is a franchise. Corporate sent the owner 2emails and suggested he take care of my ER bill. He has not contacted me.. the worst dining experience ever Read more
I enjoy eating here. It is clean. Right when you walk in, it is open and that makes for a great welcoming feeling. The food is... great. The waiters stay up on your drinks being refilled. Once food is ordered, the wait is not very long. Read more
Do they seriously believe this salad is worth $9.29??? Heck, their own napkins are bigger than the salad container. How can a... small chicken bacon ranch pizza (twice the size!) only cost $0.65 more? Sad...truly sad! Do yourself a favor and get a saladat Wendy's...you'll easily get twice as much, cost less, and taste just as good! Read more
