This location was bad before the remodel, needless to say the remodel did not improve anything except perhaps curb appeal.... Really, how can an apple juice from a happy meal be not included when you are the only current car in the drive thru and nobodyon the inside ordering? Read more

We ordered our food, took the number tents to our table. 20 minutes later still no food. Went up front food was placed on... counter sitting there for dont know how long in to go bags. No pop. This mcdonalds is a joke. The staff is rude and yells at customers. We sat in line for over an hour and the manger came out... yelling amd refusing to take orders from everyone in line. You can see the staff inside just standing around doing nothing. Whenthey should be doing there jobs. And when we finally did get to place our order have the Machines where down. So we didnt evenget what we wanted. And the bad thing is they just opened this new store. And there is already nothing but problems. I asked for a McRib with no bbq sauce. (I can?t have it because I?m allergic) went through the drive thru and got my order. When... I checked the sandwich there was bbq sauce on it. I took the meal inside and informed the manager it wasn?t supposed to have bbqon it. She straight looked at me and said yeah we don?t do that anymore. I can make it light sauce if you want. I told her I canbecause I?m allergic and she said sorry they have to have it on there. I?ve gotten a McRib with no sauce literally as long asthey?ve been a thing. This is ridiculous.
