We visited on Friday night. We were seated quickly. Waitress was fast and friendly. Restrooms were clean. Selection was decent.... A lot of good things to say. I would have given it 5 stars but it looked like the kitchen was really stressed out. I didn't haveany problems at all though. Read more
Terrible service! My wife's prime rib was not cooked correctly. I had to sit for 15 letting my food get cold while the order was... corrected. When the ordered was corrected I was informed that they had no horseradish for the prime rib. The manager wasinformed by the waitress Lauren of the kitchen screw-ups. The manager never even came out to apologize. We found out after wegot there that they no longer provide their chicken wings on the buffet. We wasted our money paying for the buffet. The wingswere the only reason we got the buffet with the prime rib dinner. I see why there are very few Ponderosa restaurants left. Read more
First time here. Me and my wife enjoyed the buffet. Our waitress was very nice. Great first impression. I'll be back for sure.

It's not too bad. The steaks are really good and the sirloin tips. I prefer to see a revamp on some of the food. . I think some... of the food could be stepped up. The owner is a beautiful person. Customer service pretty good. It's a buffet as well. And herbusiness across the street HoltField. Has the most amazing sweet tea. This place is quite a drive from home, but it is well worth it. Would be nice if there were more of these around. Ponderosa is... way better than Golden Corral. The food was very tasty. The staff was always working hard to make sure that no food sat aroundand got stale and that no food pans stayed empty. The table staff also were always moving around and very friendly andattentive. This was a great buffet experience! I am just doing one star bc the building and carpet are not 5star. The food was delicious,... well stocked. And in a time when it's tough to find staff, they were doing a great job! The price is a bit more, but it's a fullbuffet. You can buy just a dinner, no buffet if you don't want to pay buffet prices. My family ate here on Saturday evening, and it was delightful. The hostesses were kind and accommodating. My food was... delicious, and my wife liked everything but the meatloaf. They still have the good steakhouse ranch at this location. I thinkthe bill was $30 for two people, and kids under 3 eat for free. The restaurant was also very clean, and was being cleaned thewhole time we were there eating. The service was alright, not great, but it's a buffet, so there aren't expectations ofexceptional service. Oh, and the music they were playing was really good. Read more
