Found this little cute place in our travels to the woods in Hillsboro Ohio (Arcs of Appalachia). This place is super cute. The... town itself, feels very Gilmore girls in fall. We witnessed a local generosity exchange between owners of a flower shop and thecoffee shop,which you don't really see anymore. The food was very tasty,and healthy. A perfect place for brunch. Needed a place to stop and get some work done while on a long motorcycle trip - so happy I found The Daily Grind! Great... service, coffee, and breakfast sandwich, and it was cozy and relaxing to sit and get an hour or two of productivity in beforegetting back in the saddle for a bit. Read more

Edit: finally went back today and everything was good so I'm bumping it up to 4 stars.... I went sometime last fall and got a... dirty chai and a scone. The dirty Chai was very bitter and weak and way too hot and didn't taste good at all. The scone wasnot really a scone but a muffin top and not very good. Before I tasted anything I tipped the young lady who was wearing a kindof inappropriately revealing shirt and she said nothing. May go back sometime and give another chance. Read more
Loved my experience here! The staff were so nice and I was allowed to bring my puppy inside with me! They offered him a treat... and he stayed nice and calm during our stay. I ordered the bacon and cheese frittata and an iced caramel macchiato. Both wereamazing! The space inside and outside is so cute and I can see why the local community loves it so much. Being new to the area from a city known for lots of great restaurants, I have to say that the Daily Grind is by far the best... food around! Have always had great service and love the food options (creative and tasty). My husband praised the biscuit andgravy...had the perfect bite to it. My favorite sandwich is bacon jala-berry melt. I could eat it every day. The decor ischarming. I wish they would open a full-service dinner restaurant. Read more
