Simple order... Medium #5 combo with a drink. $11, and didn't even get what I ordered. The excuse.... "Well, we had a lot of... those orders all at one time" For $11, they should be making sure whatever was ordered is what is in the bag. Do yourself afavor, go somewhere else. Read more
1st of all we placed our order online. It said after I ordered it that I could pick up at the drive thru but when I got there... the drive thru was backed up to the road so I decided to go in. The girl inside seemed to not know how to find an online order.Then when I got home we found the sandwiches were incorrect. Every time I come here something is always missing or wrong with my order. There are always teenager or young adults behind the... counter acting like they don't care and they throw my order together. I have resigned myself to only going to Wendy?s as a lastresort or a last minute option. Today I went because I needed fast service closest to the fairgrounds between events. A youngman named Cameron took my order in the lobby and was the nicest gentlemen i have encountered here. He went out of his way to fixmy order and get my coke flavor that had run out in the front lobby machine. This young man was very nice and respectful. Iappreciate you Cameron! I know everyone says take it easy on restaurants because most of them are understaffed but this one seemed heavily staffed and... still waited a long time with only two people in front of us. Sadly my fries and nuggets were barely warm . Seems like the term"fast food" is a thing of the past. Todays visit helped me remember why i stopped going out to eat and started eating at homeinstead. I ordered inside, brought my food outside, and they put cheese on a burger that I asked for no cheese to be on due to my dairy... allergy. Tried to go back inside to change it but then they locked me out. So I had to go through the drive through. And theywhere able to remake it. But it had the same setup with cheese on it even when I stressed further I had a very bad dairyallergy. I had to walk back up to the window to get my order remade a third time. Read more
Went to Wendy?s in Hillsboro and ordered 2 number 1?s with everything on them and this is what we just got . and the order was... to be large well the order wasn?t large no lettuce or onion or pickle on them the Mayo tasted like ranch dressing on my burgerthe one in the photo that looks absolutely disgusting and trust me it tasted terrible had Mayo AKA ranch dressing and ketchupall over the top of the bun it was soggy and looked like it had been sitting all day . My wife?s burger the one with only tomatoon it was suppose to have everything on it the corners of the burger was crunchy where it had sit so long it got hard . We loveWendy?s but that was it. We will no longer be customers. We are very disappointed especially paying over $20.00 for a meal thatlooks like something a dog would eat. Read more
Love the food but that ice machine needs cleaned! They gave us ice that was covered in mold! And not little specks but like... covering the ice????and ik the employees had to notice! So gross and rude to let customers drink mold???? Read more
