Stopped by yesterday to try the new peaches and cream. The sign says they open at 10, but by 10:45 they were still closed.
The shake is as fluid as water.... When I asked for it to be made right she instantly replied "It's just gonna be that way... again, Our ice cream is too hard." Well I thought that's why you blend it? Maybe don't blend it for so long or add lessmilk? The owner nails it EVERY time and there has never been an issue in the many man orders in the past. usually great but i went today and they where closed over two hours early, oh well.
I only give a 1 because we eventually got our order. The server was slow and rude! Asked for a receipt and she wasn't able to... provide one. The first cones ice cream fell off while she was scooping my second of 6 cones in my order. She told me to clean itup and said I wasn't holding the cone right (WHAT?). We noticed with all the cones she didn't put in a base for the icecream toadhere to and also didn't push the icecream down on the cone, but just laid it on top. As we received our cones we pushed theicecream down so they didn't fall off when the young children handled them. Horrible experience and will never go to thislocation qgain! Read more
Okay now I will admit its been several years since I've actually ordered or been to their shop but that doesn't mean to be... treated by an extremely RUDE EMPLOYEE! I had someone go in and order a Strawberry Banana Smooth that I've been craving for.Ordered the smoothly and asked for a scoop of frozen yogurt in it. Now I know things change and instead of her saying, I'msorry, we don't carry yogurt any longer. She says This is an ICE CREAM STORE AND WE DONT HAVE YOGURT! Like I said its beenawhile but I came home and looked it up and yep 2014 YOGUART WAS CARRIED. So instead of a polite response she chose the lazy wayin her deliverance. You would think with the economy they would want customers. I would have been happy to go with their usualway of making it but because of her response I sure won't be going back there along with my friends. Read more
Went there looking for ice cream cookies and cream cake in the medium size for my son's birthday they didn't have one they only... had the big one that was really unnecessary for the one child so the girl Sadie was so accommodating and so nice knowledgeableabout our products and the surrounding areas where I can go get one and she was willing to make me a specialized frozen pizzafor my son's birthday the most excellent service I've had in a long time they have real Jewel there in her. 5 * excellentservice thank you so much Read more
