And they call this fast food? We waited 10 minutes for two cheeseburgers and they had so much lettuce and large slices of onion... on it. Probably because they wanted to hide the smallness of the beef patties. I have nothing against the employees but I thinkCarl's Jr needs to instruct the line cooks how to put burgers together better. The crew at this Carl's Jr is awesome. They are friendly, accurate with your order and quick to get you your food. If they have... to have you park in front to wait for something to finish they are always apologetic about it taking longer and with howfriendly they are it is well worth the wait. Read more
There was an add on TV that said to get the "have it your way meal for $5.00". so I had my husband go there to get it and he was... informed that it was $6.00 not $5.00. when Joe informed them of that they did not fix it and said that the add was wrong. Falseadvertisement, fraud, not going back you can't trust them. They also didn't want to give him the receipt but he insisted. Thefood was cold and old as well. Poor business practice. Read more
Went inside for my breakfast to-go order which happened to be a special one today which I don't usually do. The staff at this... location have never disappointed me so I decided to order for my stomach's content. I ordered the grilled cheese breakfastsandwich with sausage: substituted the cheese with the smoked cheddar from the primal breakfast options as well as the rest ofthe trimmings such as the onion rings in the Amber barbecue sauce. Went through the drive through to grab a bite on a busy night for me... sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. The... cashier was awesome. She was very friendly and had a great smile and attitude, but presented to be nervous. The food weordered came to finally.. and it was correct. The fries were fresh which was great. And the sandwiches were very tasty. Ihad the breaded chicken sandwich and was quite pleased. If it wasn't for the long wait..which seemed like it was due to beingunderstaffed. I would have given much high stars. Maybe I just hit it on an off night..who knows? I will gladly give themanother chance in the future. Read more

I had some time to kill before going to jury duty so I stopped in to get a guacamole bacon Burger. I sat inside waited for my... Burger to be brought to me which it was. When I got it, there was almost no guacamole, almost no bacon and the Patty was thin. Long gone are the days of the $6 Burger. But I even found the French fries to be on the skimpy side. Read more
