Extremely disappointing! The price of $19.55 we paid for each steak bowl with double meat was ridiculous. Our bowls were only... about 1/4 of the way filled. It was a child portion. The portion size used to be more than I could eat, but now I would have toorder two bowls to feel full! The food is not worth the price. This location continues to ?not? work clean. Food particles from different entrees. The kitchen prep area had rice all over the... table and on the floor. I observed as employee?s replaced food trays without wiping the are first. Dumping the last bits of oldtray into the other. I did not order those items. I just ordered from what looked clean. I love me some Chipotle... However, I will never go to this store again. Three times now in the last 6 months, I have placed an... order on the app. It is never ready when they say it will be. Tonight, I was there 15 minutes after it was supposed to be readyand it wasn't even started. The employee said, "I cannot predict how busy its going to be, man." I asked for a refund, he said,"You will have to do it online." Not even a sorry or anything. I know its busy. I know you are short staffed. It just sucks thatnon one cares. Read more
