Boss ordered it once and had to go back soon after to get Chipotle again. Food was amazing. Made my friend want to move out here... to simply get it more often. Tables weren't super clean but went during lunch so I can assume it was just a little too busy. Read more

This location is ok, kind of void of personality. The counter was not friendly in any way. Staff doesn?t seem happy here and it... comes out in the flavor and service. Tried the new steak guajillo with garlic, the texture seam a little odd, not like theregular steak texture. Not a big fan. Read more

Terrible location! Terrible customer service as well. I?m usually a very tolerant customer anywhere I go, but that place... disappointed in every aspect. Upon walk in the place was a disaster, dirty tables and stations for drinks and utensils wasempty. Granted it was past 9 pm but it seemed like no tables or the floor had been cleaned for hrs. My mobile order had 2 ordermissing, chips and salsa + chips and guac. The employee was unapologetic or helpful in offering me. Again I brushed it off andtook my order. I checked it in the car and each of the 3 bowls I ordered were missing ingredients. No corn, lettuce, guac in thebowl, or salsa, and to make it worse all the food was placed on the side of the container. And mind you I checked before, and ihad it perfectly lvl in my car while driving. We also were not given utensils ready in the bag as I had noted on the chipotleapp. At this point I was just concerned about getting my hard earned money refunded for missing items. So via the ?pepper chat?I inquired with the issues I had with my order. And have yet to hear back due to ?high volume? inquiries. A literal joke at thispoint. Read more

I ordered online and called the store to add smoked tobacco sauce on the side, and the lady said NO. I'm like, why not, and she... said because I don't have it; haha, horrible customer service. Food came Unsealed, and no fork and no napkins. Read more

Ordered online and tried to use rewards points for chips and guac. Arrived to pick up and there was no chips and guac in order... so I asked for it. I was told that ?you can?t use rewards points online? which makes no sense. They made zero effort to make mypurchase right, offered no chips and guac for what was missing from my order, and said there was nothing they could do about therewards points I had used online for the chips and guac. I asked if I could just purchase chips and guac and was told ?we areonly doing online orders at this time?. It was roughly 8:20 pm and nowhere near closing time. Judging by the fact that therewere only teenagers working and 15 to-go orders lined up and ready, my guess (having worked in the food service industry myselfas a teenager) is that the staff wanted to get out of there ASAP upon closing time, hence their refusal to take cashtransactions among other things. I asked then to speak with the manager and was told the manager was ?too busy making all thisfood? which made no sense as no food was being made up front and there were a ton of to go bags already on the counter ready togo. I then asked for the district manager?s name and for the name of the manger on shift, which they also refused to give me.The girl helping me then went to the back again to speak w the manager and came back to give me the guac and chips I hadoriginally ordered (using my points online). At this point I was so completely frustrated that I said thank you and took theguac and chips and went home, only to discover that they had given me expired guac (pictures attached). I submitted a complaintand was refunded my money, but still nothing for the rewards points I was out. The customer service even when dealing w theonline complaint was sub-par (I had to request a refund 3 separate times and they originally offered me only one ?free rewardsmeal? which had to be used within 30 days. Three times in a row, completely got my order wrong. First two times I received sofritas instead of smoked brisket on both of... them, got black beans instead of pinto on one, and the third time, I didn't get ANY meat even though I ordered extra steak.Pictures below for the third offense, I didn't get any meat and also didn't get lettuce, or mild sauce. Order through online, asked for chesse and sourcream with salsa. Quantity was very less. There are not including laddle full of... sour cream and sprinkle cheese like confetti. Very much disappointed Read more

Ordered 2 create your own bowl with chicken and other one with veggies. Average taste. I ordered spicy salsa topping as well but... my food tasted bland. Quantity was ok but quality not up to the mark. Disappointed!! Read more
