Luk lak beef with salad was one of the best meals I?ve ever had. I?m writing this review the morning after I had the meal and... I?m craving it for breakfast right now. I?m definitely coming back to try other things on their menu. Edit: I also tried theBanh mi, shrimp papaya salad, airport chicken, the grilled shrimp with fried rice, açaí bowl and the classic bubba tea. Allwere FANTASTIC. the staff are super friendly. Excellent customer service. Food was fresh and tasted great. We stumbled upon this place because a favorite restaurant of ours... was unexpectedly closed. The fusion part makes it a great place to take a big family (we have five kids) who can?t agree on whatto get for dinner. My kids gobbled everything up and loved the cute animal utensils. My daughter did not like the bubble tea sothey brought her a replacement drink. Owner/chef and waitstaff were really nice. Definitely a place we will be returning to andglad we stumbled upon. In a hard to find location unless if you know it, but once you decide to dine in or take a to go box, expect to be greeted by... friendly staff and delicious food. Dining area is chill and clean. Home made ???? sauce is the bomb !!! Orange chicken tastereally good. Read more
Food was amazing and delicious! Do visit the restaurant if you want to try freshly made food. Good service. Highly recommend!... Had a talk with chef and he was very polite and humble person. The atmosphere here is laid back and casual but the food is exquisite. This is definitely my new go to place. The flavors are... bold and everything they put together pair perfectly. I love how there is actual taro in the yellow curry. The balance of theingredients they use is just perfect. I was immediately sold on the bubble tea the moment I tasted it. I highly recommend Chipstix Grill for your next meal! Chopstix is located in the Hillsboro Safeway parking lot on Cornell rd.... across the street from IHOP. The location is tucked away with not alot of available parking. I wasn't expecting the level ofcustomer service I received from this little eatery. I almost didn't want to leave. The flavor packed Pho I ordered will keep mecoming back for more. I can't wait to try the Airport Chicken next time I stop by. Read more
The airport chicken was surprisingly good and their take on orange chicken was surprisingly good. The staff were very friendly... and accommodating. The one thing I found lacking is vegetarian options. my significant other is vegetarian and it can bedifficult finding restaurants with delicious vegetarian options. She got the vermicelli bowl with vegetarian egg rolls. Thevegetarian egg rolls did not taste good (inside were soggy veggies similar to other restaurants we've tried). I think vegetarianegg rolls would taste better if different vegetables were used so they don't become soggy inside. Overall the presentation ofthe food was good and I do not think you will be disappointed if you enjoy eating meat dishes. Read more
