My favorite part about coming to this location is Taryn, she's a waitress/hostess/bartender and she is amazing! She had my order... exactly as I ordered it, and Not only was she completely professional and courteous, but she had a smile on her face regardlessof how stressful and overwhelmingly packed the restaurant was! If you don't know taryn, then you should definitely take the timeto go in and have breakfast at this location and ask for her by name and let her know that her friend Jon said to do so! Butbesides all that, the food was great, the menu was extensive, and they cover all the bases of breakfast and dining. And ifyou're there for lunch or dinner the same goes for those as well! it was our first time to dine in at Elmers and i can say the food is great. but we are disappointed with the waitress who check... us in. she looks like not in the mood to work at all. its not that busy that day but for some reason she?s not very welcoming.and on our way out we pass by the counter and they didn?t even greet us. we may come back again because of the food but theservice needs some improvement. We go here a few times a year. It's one of our rotating breakfast spots the wife and I like to go. They have a pretty large... variety to their menu, although I almost always get the eggs Benedict and hash browns, her the scramble. Today we brought ourson he had the Mr. Elmer omelette. Have to say this visit was not as enjoyable as it usually is. The waitress was good, but myeggs Benedict wasn't great. And the hash browns (which I always order extra crispy) were nearly raw and unseasoned. Quiteunpleasant even after trying to doctor them up with salt and pepper, ketchup and green tobacco. Also... country style potatoesare not hash browns. My wife and son said theirs was good. Hopefully next time I will get to enjoy mine as well, as I'm sure wewill be returning. Read more
