Went in at about 10:30 AM and no one was in line in front of me or behind me. I ordered a combo, a sandwich, and two hash... browns, so I should have gotten 3 hash browns. I get to the window and they rudely ask if I can use cash? Instead of my card? SoI say no and they take my card. She hands me my food and I?m missing one of my 3 hash browns. I told her I was missing one andshe said ?we didn?t charge you for a combo? even though that?s literally what I ordered. She didn?t even give me the option toadd one and pay for it, she was incredibly rude and passive and didn?t give us any sauce or straws for our drinks. For being theonly person in line I expect a lot better service. Read more

Ordered take out at 7:51pm and upon picking up at 7:56 I explicitly asked the young man at drive through if the sauces I ordered... were in my boxes. He assured me they were. However when I returned home they were nowhere to be found and I was lied to. ????Not good business to have customers lied to their faces. Read more

Always closing early! Always when I drive into the drive-through they cut off the lights! The website says you're open till 10!... Why do y'all close at 9:30? So frustrating! The staff is rude too. Read more

Went to the jack in the box #7120 in Hillsboro, Oregon and ordered $47.88 worth in food in the drive thru and the lady wasn't... friendly when I ordered or when I got to the window to pay, she didn't even ask if I wanted any ketchup or anything for my curlyfries. She asked me to park out front because they have to cook it all so i did. And when her and the guy brought me my order,they didn't even say, thank you and have a nice night. Very poor customer service. Read more

Super Rude drive through customer service person. Ordered meals in advance through the app didn?t get anything but the... sandwiches & they were old like they had been sitting for a long time. Tried calling someone answered the phone then hung up onme then called back & the phone was busy! I?ll never return! I told myself that last time I went to this location 2years ago butthought I?d give them a try the worst & expensive 2 breakfast sandwiches & coffee ever! Read more

As others have indicated, orders are often shorted and otherwise incorrect ; my order today was french toast sticks and hash... browns, but the hash browns were left out - don't blame the workers: with this many complaints, the problem is management. Somepeople are overly generous in giving this location 3 stars. Read more

I stopped in for their $5 fish sandwich combo. Always look forward to it this time of year. This is what I got! An overcooked,... dry fish patty, a rubbery bun, and what little lettuce was in the sandwich was wilted and gross. I asked for a little extratartar sauce and instead my sandwich was swimming in tartar sauce that was oozing out if the sandwich. The fries were cold andlimp, and the iced tea was flavorless and tasted like dirty water. I live no more than 5 minutes from the restaurant and satdown to eat as soon as I got home, so no reason my meal would have been cold or have gotten ruined. What a disappointment! Itried calling the restaurant numerous times that evening to talk to the manager but never got an answer. The restaurant wasn'textra busy not was it rush hour when I went in. Poor customer service.
