I ordered online, website not takecard payment. I originally added tip. Tried 4 times finally went through. Last attemp worked... forgot tip option as i just wanted dinner and forgot. Ordered extra bacon. Only 2 slices found when home but excessive amount ofturkey. Feel mistreated due to no tip. Also when I arrived it was 10 minutes after expected pickup time.employees just standingaround talking. Finally someone asked if I needed help. Said name they said oh we see that give us a minute. So basically their staff is always amazing here but I thought I would share my experience for proof. For context, I ordered... online from them for the first time today because I lost my voice due to a medical reason and I'm supposed to talk as little aspossible. I showed up wayyy too early to pick up my order and had to type them the name on my order because I couldn't talk.Still even after all of that they got my order out as fast as possible and were extremely understanding about my issues. Waiting for my online order, in person with 2 employees doing nothing, another on the phone. No other customers in store. Asked... for refund, told by phone employee order was not due to be done for a few minutes and she was only slicer. I said "someoneshould have said that". Excellent customer service! Ordered two cheese steaks to go, got home and discovered that one had onions and peppers in it (I... had ordered it plain with just cheese and steak). Called the manager Tommy and explained the situation; he was so nice andoffered me a replacement sandwich at no charge. It's rare nowadays to find such good customer service. Overall, nothing special, overpriced, and slow service. The subs tasted fine but had no phenomenal element that made them stand... out above the rest. Their gimmick is that they slice the meats and cheeses right in front of you for each sub ordered. I alsosaw that they charged me extra for my order, even though nothing was added or altered from what was listed on their menu. Therestaurant was decently clean, staff friendly enough. Read more
