I understand that "the world is short staffed", but the FREAKY SLOW speed at this Jimmy John's is atrocious. I have waited for... over an hour & a half for two sandwiches to be made that were placed on their ap for pick-up. Luckily, I knew they were slow &came 1 hour & 15 minutes after ordering (for immediate pick-up), but still had to wait another 15 minutes after arriving. Therewere at least 4 other customers who had disgusted looks on their faces from their extended waits too, who were all complainingabout how slow they were. Love their sandwiches, but the service is abysmal. Read more

Placed an online order with two sandwiches. My club lulu did not have half of the things that normally come on this sandwich.... Paid for a pickle and it wasn?t in the bag. They didn?t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Read more

Placed an order online. Received a call a few minutes later. ?All our drivers went home and we can?t do your delivery? the guy... told me. ?We?ll release your money in three to five days.? Great, so no lunch and no money to order a replacement? This is alsothe second time this has happened. I?ll never order from Jimmy John?s again. Read more

It wasn't freaky fast as advertised. Two people working and only one making sandwiches for 3 set of guests. The other one... munching on food and separating meats.... you really can't do that after making sandwiches you took orders for since peoplealready waiting in a cold ars place.... this was yesterday around 6pm. Freaky fast? Ordered online 40 min ago....still not done. People walking in being told its at least 30 min...they have 5 people... working at the slowest pace. Now, I don't blame THEM. It's a thankless job that pays garbage. The COMPANY has to stop with theirbull "freaky fast" and what not of they can't deliver. Pay your people right and treat them right, and you will get employeesthat actually care. It's not the employees. It's the garbage corporate greed. Read more

I went here thinking I would try one of their the new Chicken Wraps. As soon as I walked in they were playing terrible music... really loud and all of the people working there looked confused. They had a sign saying "Sorry, we are out of Turkey". What kindof sandwich shop runs out of Turkey? Do you mean to tell me you cannot go to Safeway or Freddies and buy more Turkey? Afterstanding there for a while (there was only 1 person in front of me) I left without buying anything. This place is a joke. Iwalked over to Dickey's Barbeque right across the parking lot and had a wonderful lunch. I also got a slice of Pizza Schmizzaright next to Dickey's and it was great too. These are the places to go. I've always loved Jimmy Johns. Now, the staff they have been hiring are sadly young kids who don't seem to know customer... service. I have been there two times in two different months and both times I was yelled at that they were out of bread before Ieven got my second foot through the door. They didn't offer alternatives such as their wheat bread or lettuce wrap. Why are youopen if not making sandwiches? Also, I'm vegetarian. I ordered my vegetarian sandwich i always order with no edits. I get homeand it has a bunch of meat on it. This was the only sandwich I ordered and I was the only customer at that time. I orderedto-go, saw all the meat and called. I was told by a young woman that it was "its the same sandwich, just take off the meat" ....so many questions and concerns about this response. How do they act with people who are gluten free or have allergies, and did Ieven get charged by the correct sandwich? - every visit they go down hill a little bit more. Read more
