What an AWESOME place! We had a blast on the racetrack. The customer service reps were courteous n helpful also very patient... with the kiddos as they figured out the race cars. It was so much fun. The restrooms are super clean n the lounge areas arecomfortable. The only issue was a huge food order from a large group, n only one cook. we were unable to order food but theoverall experience was outstanding. nice and clean establishment. friendly staff. does take quite a bit of time to get through all three races. when we arrived... there were hardly any people. by the third race, it got pretty busy and we had to wait 3 races in between race 2 and 3. arrivedat about 12 left around 2:30. was told all three races would take about an hour. otherwise i would come back. just allocatesome extra time here as it does take a while waiting in between races Read more

I purchased tickets and membership for my granddaughter and 2 great grandsons. Then the pandemic happened and I just now got to... get with my grand kids again. I call to see if I can use my unused rides for them, and are told I will need to re buy everythingand spend another several hundred dollars. I'm retired and can't do that for my grand kids so am very disappointed with yourcompany for not honoring the purchase that I already made. This is very poor business practice. I WILL BE ADVISING ALL MYFRIENDS NOT TO TAKE THEIR FAMILIES TO K1 SPEED THAT YOUR COMPANY IS NOT ACCOADATING TO OLDER FOLKS WHO ONLY GET TO SEE THEGRANDS ONCE IN A WHILE!!! Go Karting in itself is a blast, we had a lot of fun. But for $180 for 2 rounds, which is about 20 minutes of Go Karting, for 3... people, that's ridiculous. We were charged $5 Each to get membership cards (not an actual membership, just ID cards should weget a membership). Plus Charged $8 for using a debit card instead of cash. I was shocked. But if you have the money to spendthen this is a great place to come. If you're on a budget and want to do something fun with your family, this won't be the placefor you. Read more

The go-karts were a blast. My face hurt the next day from smiling. The rest of the place leaves much to be desired. The restroom... was urine-soaked and has no PA speaker, so if they call your name while you're in there, you'll miss your turn. The food wassomewhat pricey, and took quite a while to receive, considering the microwaved quality. The sign at the door announces that thekarts are wiped down between drivers, but we never saw that happen while we were there. The staff is phenomenal and friendly.and does the best they can, but they somehow managed to forget that we'd paid for three races, which resulted in a 40 minutewait between races two and three. There were two of us, and on a not-too-busy Thursday evening it took over 4 hours to getthrough three races. I will definitely return, but with more time and slightly lower expectations. Read more

Went here to celebrate a few birthdays at once.. we ran a few races.. had a good time. The food offered could use a little... help.. basic stuff..and what was ordered wasn't..well it wasn't good, especially for the price. As far as the track.. goodlap size and definitely will need to run it a few more times to get the corners down. But. I feel like a couple more laps toeach race would help that. Long wait to zoom around for ten minutes. All in all... fun time. But maybe plan on finding a barwith good eats afterwards. Also..they could work on the PA system. As soon as you show up you?re excited. Everything is really clean and race inspired. Signing up is really easy. As soon as you... walk in the front doors there are a couple kiosks to fill out some simple information. Then you proceed down to the end of thecounter and make payment. We ordered some food and before the food was ready our names got called and we were ready to race.Everything was really streamline and went really smooth. They give you a few directions which are very clear and simple. Then,you get your helmet and get into your assigned cart. This was definitely a very positive experience for me and my family. Ibrought my girlfriend and my two kids with me ages 7 and 9. It appeared to me they had two different classes of cars. Adult carswhich are bigger and I?m guessing a bit faster and cars for kids. All of the equipment and cars were in excellent condition. Theonly downside I can say about this experience is I wish the track was a bit bigger. I?s say this place is definitely geared moretowards children and family. They also had lots of cool arcade games and pool tables. The staff was very kind and helpful.Overall I would definitely give this place five stars. Read more
