Food sucked. Got my order wrong. Staff was neither helpful or courteous when asked to fix it.

I picked up a 3 piece meal and an order of chicken pot pie yesterday?. NEVER had I ever got sick at any location of KFC before.... But I had to work a double shift at my job, and I got so sick!!! I was vomiting throughout my entire shifts! My stomach was in alot of pain?.. The staff that works at this location Needs to keep track of their food lifespan! Working in the food industrymyself, they Need to do Better!!! The result of this?. I had to call into work today, losing hours, and money due to theirnegligence! Seemed like a pretty standard KFC to me. Mediocre service and the food tastes like it is at any other KFC/A&W. I am grateful,... though, that they did not put any pickles in my spicy sandwich, a simple request that many other restaurants have failed. It'sin an area with a lot of other food places, so I'm not exactly sure why one would crave KFC in particular when around a lot ofbetter choices, though that is due to different tastes I guess. Wow this location is terrible. The guy taking our order was so rude, making us feel unwelcome and rushing us. And the food was... equally terrible. The chicken and biscuit were rock hard, like they were days old and kept under a heat lamp. The biscuitexploded into dry crumbs when I tried to bite it. My wife received the wrong food. And to top it all off, they did not provideus with a receipt for I might assume are obvious reasons. We had literally been talking about making this KFC part of ourSaturday routine. No way! We?ll never be back. There?s a Sonic, Del Taco and Arbys next to these guys. That?s where our moneywill go now. Read more
The fried chicken tasted different than the usual, as if the oil had been reused 50 times and was highly carcinogenic. The... covering was bitter. And they forgot to give us coleslaw in our box. Strawberry shake was sugar laden and wasn?t really a shake,it was an ice cream. Not sure why they put a straw in in! It tasted good though. Super unhealthy, needless to say. KFC and A&W restaurant in one building. I got A&W on this visit. The burger was great and fast service, however the fries were... not fresh during a 5:30 pm visit. The building was very clean and the staff were professional. Would have been 5 stars if friesweren?t old. Read more
I go for one thing and that is their $2, very LARGE, rootbeer floats! Absolutely LOVE them! You can even have them add ice cream... for a buck more but honestly, you dont need to, they already have just the right ratio of soft serve ice cream to rootbeer. Andthey are delicious! Read more
