Hillsboro location was awful. Not a lot of people in there but almost every order ahead of us was messed up in some way, no... where to sit because all of the tables were dirty and the floor was covered in sticky sauce almost everywhere we walked, thestaff wasn't very friendly or welcoming with the exception of one girl who was leaving as we arrived. Most of the employees lookbored and like they didn't want to be there or deal with people in general. I know it's just a McDonald's but needless to sayI'm glad we were just doing a quick stop in before going home. Read more

Can I rate it lower than 1 star? I was at the counter for 5 min before anyone acknowledged my presence. The employees were... laughing & joking about calling in sick the next day. The lobby was full of people waiting for orders they?d placed. I settledin for wait. Didn?t know it would take 21 minutes to get my order (I set the stopwatch on my phone). Including the time spentwaiting at the counter, my ?fast food? experience took nearly half an hour. I only got my food that fast because I told someoneI was going to be late getting back to work, & either needed my food or a refund. When I tried to eat my ?crispy? chickensandwich, the outer crust was soggy, white, and bubbly - which I remember from my time working at McD?s is a clear indicator thefood was old. This entire experience was completely unacceptable. No need for your competition to advertise; if this isrepresentative of others? experiences your employees are actively driving business away. If one single employee expressed anyempathy whatsoever, it may have eased my perspective. Instead, they succeeded in convincing me that they do not value customersin any way; we?re merely an annoying inconvenience, interrupting their paid playtime. Read more

We end up having to order here because it?s the only breakfast place that delivers early. As a diabetic, meals are... important. The order ALWAYS has an issue lately. It is either poor quality, wrong or missing items or we never get the order atall. Given many chances. Never even resolved. Super disappointed and angry. Read more

The entire crew working tonight should be fired. Both women running front counter can't stay off their phones. Handing out wrong... orders. Didn't even charge us for our first order which was completely wrong. The Hispanic girl couldn't keep her hands out ofher pockets and off her phone. The two boys running fryer were just standing around the person running drive through was toobusy eating french fries out of the bin. Extremely unsatisfied with how fast this McDonald's service degraded. We went in to reorder our food and they couldn't get it right the second time. Again every single crew member working 8pm AUG-23-2022 shoukd beterminated. Poor customer service. Orders wouldn't be handed out wrong if they weren't texting on their cell phones Read more

I've been waiting 45 minutes for my order. The elderly man ahead of me has been waiting longer for TWO COOKIES! This is... ridiculous. They won't give us refunds because drive thru is priority. I get that they are short staffed, but they need to shutdown drive thru or the lobby. I've never seen this much disorganization and a lack of professionalism. There are other familieshere who have been waiting even longer than me. I'm used to them always forgetting something in my orders, but the location isconvenient so I keep coming back. Over a 15 minute wait granted it was busy so not so much the issue. What was the issue was worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I... don't frequent the establishment often as it's below average to start with. Was just super close to my work. I ordered a big Macmeal. The drink was a small not medium. Fries were ice cold and not drained so massive setting oil, asked for extra cheese andI'm sorry 5 slices is excessive and disgusting. Had to rebuild the burger myself and remove slices of greesy cheese. The burgerwas also cold and beyond the hourly hold time. I use to work at McDonald's in my earlier years. The crew seemed more intobullsh!+ing with each other than serving the extended drive thru line. I will not be returning to this establishment even thoit's incredibly close to my work. I also won't even call to complain as I feel mgmt should be more involved in busier hours. YesI also use to be in mgmt. It's a shame. P.s. Zero napkins too. The photo of the burger is after I reassembled it. You can seethe oil sitting on the fries. Such a disappointment. This is not the first bad experience. Last time a bag was tossed at me withsomeone else's order in it. When politely corrected them and trying to give it back they told me to keep it and gave me rightorder. That order wasn't bad. Just excessive wait time again. If it wasnt for having 1.5 hr break I'd be a bit more upset. Noteveryone is so lucky. Long rant over. And 10 bucks burned. Read more

These 2 employees were goofing off on their phones instead of giving me my food which was ready. Apparently they work drive thru... and are not allowed to hand out fron counter orders. Can dine in but no longer able to self serve drinks. Read more
