I did take out so all I can comment on is the food and I wasn't impressed. The ramen was mostly noodles and lacked flavor and... the pork wasn't cooked right. My friend had the tonkatsu bento and it all lacked flavor for how high the price was. Read more

My new favorite spot. The only reason I didn't give it 5/5 is because this is my first time having ramen! I got the tantan ramen... and it's perfectly spicy, the noodles and meat are so delicious. Happily ordered twice in two weeks:) Read more

We have eaten here multiple times. The front of house lady is super nice!!! The food is amazing! The tan tan men ramen is so... good and creamy and the garlic tamago is delicious as well. I'd definitely recommend the tan tan men if you are feelingindecisive. The spicy karaage (fried chicken) was to die for and the gyoza were perfectly cooked. My friend who has been toJapan says the ramen was the most authentic he's had in the US. The atmosphere is a bit odd but it's clean and comfortable.Sometimes the kitchen music was louder than the dining area music which was a bit annoying. The bubble tea is mediocre but Idon't expect it to compete with a devoted bubble tea shop. There's no room for both bubble tea and ramen in my stomach anyway! Read more

Good Ramen restaurant in Hillboro, Oregon. The interior design is cute, and the food is good. Our party got vegetarian ramen,... Deluxe ninja ramen, Tantan ramen, chicken karaage, edamame, gyoza, and korroke. We all enjoyed our bowls and the sides tastedgood. Minor complaints: Some of the karaage tasted more chewy than crunchy. The ramen bowls could start off with more broth. The vegetarian ramen did not have much broth and the noodles soaked up the broth pretty quickly. The server was great and gaveus more broth. Read more

Food here is great! All flavors are pleasant and the quality is good. However, they price gouge every last thing, and the... portion sizes are a joke. Ramen is heavy loaded with noodles (which is cheap) to cut costs, plastics are charged, and an 8dollar small Karaage Don had a whopping two pieces of chicken. I try not to post negative reviews, but after the same patternrepeats time and time again, I have to. Read more

I have been here a few times (both dine in and take out) and it is always spectacular. My family and I haven't found anything... from here that we dislike. My personal recommendation is the karaage chicken substituted with veggie broth (I hear that the porkbroth is great but I'm allergic to pork unfortunately). Everyone is so kind here and you can tell they love what they do. Webrought my mother in law here for her first ramen experience and they were patient and gave her great recommendations as abeginner. Overall, you pay for authentic, delicious food made with love from a small, locally owned business. I will continue tovisit whenever I'm in the mood for ramen! Read more

This is my place to go for an authentic and delicious Japanese Ramen! You can tell they really treat all of their ingredients... with respect when the soft boiled eggs are just surprisingly so well seasoned. Chasu is my favorite topping and it is so tenderand delicious. Soup base is flavorful. Each ramens have their delicious and unique profile tastes. I usually use a third partydelivery whenever I had a craving for their ramen during lockdown, and their food never miss. However, I finally got the chanceto dine in at Ninja Ramen today! Great food, great vibe, and super friendly staffs! Read more
