My 8yr old son and I spent 40$ here on a couple ?pick 2?s and a kids side of mac and cheese. I got a salad with brown rotted... leaves, we got a bunch of variations of bad bread, fishy tuna, flavorless soup.. I was not happy. I?ve been here before anddon?t remember it being this terrible and EXPENSIVE. Last time. So many better places to eat around here. Kicking myself forletting the kids pick where we eat. Next time I?ll just get him the Panera Mac and cheese from the grocery store and call it aday. Read more

Me and my boyfriend came here to try their soups and sandwiches on May 15. The food was good and the staff was very friendly.

I live around the corner, so I've stopped by many times. The food is tasty, but unfortunately, this restaurant is usually out of... stock on essential items. For example, they were out of mac & cheese and flatbread pizza just today. The majority of the time, they're out of large cups. Sometimes they're even out of baguettes -- how can Panera be out of bread? That's like Dairy Queenout of vanilla ice cream; it makes no sense. There's a lot of potential here, but they need to stock up on the ingredients tomake the food their customers want to eat. Read more

The pricing was a little higher than I wanted for the quality and quantity of the food. The crust is in fact a flat bread but... cracker dry. The sauce tastes like watered down tomato sauce with almost no flavor. There were chunks of mozzarella cheese aswell as just plain melted cheese. The pepperoni had a bland generic appeal. But the room was amazing and they do have a hugevariety of pastries. I think they got pizzas and chicken sandwiches to keep up with the demand of lunches and because pastriesonly go so far before people want something new. Read more

This was $17. I could have made this meal 5 times for that amount of money. And it wouldn?t include a burnt sandwich with a tiny... container of cold soup. Avoid this place Read more

I don't do reviews normally but thought this is worth sharing.Portion sizes have been shrinking lately. The half sandwiches are... so tiny! almost like a kids meal. The salad portions have been reduced to half. We ordered the family meal for $70 ( total). There was barely enough for 2 people. We used to love panera bread. Not any more. Read more

A little spendy for what it is but there is free wifi and you can plug stuff in so it makes up for it. The staff here are... amazing! They're super nice, courteous, helpful and just cool people. The place is well kept and clean. Read more

Had a good experience but not the best. It might have been too early for everyone as it was around 6am and folks working at... Panera needed some more coffee in them. It took literally 18 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I walked out the doorwith my order (bagel toasted with eggs & bacon with a fruit bowl). Bear in mind there was only 1 other customer than me in thestore. Everyone was in super slow mode. They forgot my fruit bowl when handing over the order at the pickup area. It?s not thecustomers responsibility to check if their order is complete, somehow staff members keep forgetting this The location itself isa bit dated and could use font freshening up cosmetically.
