Great pizza! Friendly staff. Just a little expensive for me... Their drive thru option is nice as well.

Went to pick up my pizzas at the time they told me to show up. I arrive and I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to make them.... That normally would have been fine but they gave the wrong order. I didn't realize this till I got home. What they gave me wouldhave cost significantly less to order. So I tried to call them to get some sort of refund, no one answered my repeated calls. Ithen tried to contact corporate using their online form, giving them all the details. They emailed me back several days latersaying they don't deal with these issues and I need to contact the store. My wife and I ordered a pizza from this store. At the scheduled pick up time, we went through the drive through, to pick up the... pizza. After paying for the pizza, we were told that the pizza was not yet ready. We were told to come back in fifteenminutes. Fifteen minutes later, I went into the store to get the pizza. I was dissappointed to find that, not only was thepizza not ready to pick up, they had not even started to prepare it. I asked for a refund. I was told that I had to wait forthe manager to come out. I didn't appreciate that. Apparently, the manager was busy elsewhere in the building. When themanager came out, she asked for the receipt, which I had left in the car. So, I went to get the receipt. When I returned withthe receipt, the manager said that while I was getting the receipt, she had started helping a different customer and I had towait until she finished that transaction before she would refund my money. While the manager was doing whatever was necessaryto refund my money, we exchanged words about the failed transaction. The manager represented that she had only been manager ofthat store for two weeks, and that her crew was not trained, and that it's difficult to find employees for the store. That thecorporation would put an inexperienced manager in charge of a retail store with an untrained staff indicates a serious problemwith higher-level management. Labor is a market. If they can't get competent staff, it's because they are not offeringsufficient compensation. There's a clue for their higher-level management. That's all that they will be gettig from me, as Iwill not return to that store. And, next time I want pizza, I will not consider this chain. This experience cost their companymore than just the cost of the pizza, it cost them a customer, and all future business that I might have done with theircompany. Read more

We placed an online order for the new dairy-free cheese pizzas and the location called us to say they were out of the DF cheese,... but sent someone to pick some up from another location. They also offered to make the pizzas with regular cheese and refund theprice difference instead, if we didn't want to wait the extra 15m. We opted to wait and were so appreciative to the staff forgoing above and beyond. Unfortunately, the dairy free cheese is disgusting, gluey and flavorless. This is not the fault of thestaff, most of the world hasn't figured out good DF cheese that melts yet. But it did really feel like eating hot glue. We willorder again from this location but not the DF cheese ever again. We love the staff here for their exceptional service though. Read more

Overpriced, 2 large pizzas was $34.00. They also sent us home with the wrong pizza. Someone out there is eating my chicken... garlic and no one here wants the artichoke spinach one. Read more
