Ordered and paid for the vegan cheese pizza earlier in the day for pick-up, they were out of the vegan cheese which is... understandable but didn't call until fifteen minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. They asked if wanted something else ora refund I went with refund but only got it after several weeks and for only half the amount of the order, and am still waitingon a resolution on why they get to keep half of my money. I even presented them with the call log that showed them calling me tolet me know they were out of cheese. Read more
I went in right as dinner was at a high. I have allergies so my pizza ???? is made in the back where It's freshly cut up. The... young man who took my order was extremely helpful and and accommodating. He made my pizza himself so that it would not get mixedup with allergy foods. This is our Papa Murphy's, there are many like it but this one is ours. Always had our pizzas ready, even when we were a few... minutes early for pick up, courteous every time, and never had an "off" pizza from them. Read more
