I will drive out of my way to go to a different Papa Murphy?s. The staff at this location is awful. The two ladies working the... last time I went in there were rude, snobby, and bratty. One of the staff blatantly rolled her eyes at me after I mistakenlyordered the wrong pizza and asked if I could have a different one made. I was extremely polite and apologized profusely as thiswas my mistake and I totally understood that but they absolutely could have declined to make me a new pizza and I would haveunderstood. Instead she looked at her coworker and audibly scoffed and rolled her eyes at my request. The younger girl withreally pretty eyes was a brat from the moment I walked in and the older Latino woman was rude. They acted like a customer beingthere was an inconvenience to them from the moment I walked in the store. This store has the worst customer service. Previously I?ve ordered pizzas over the phone and wait 30 minutes and they?re never... ready. Today I walked in and a man was in front of me in line paying for his pizza, the maker ?Cameron? finished making a pizzaand threw the pizza down to the register aggressively as if he was angry about something. The man and myself were both taken aback by the aggression My turn to pay for my pizza and I forgot my coupon at home so asked if I could use the $3 off from theflyer or the 25% off I was texted. My checker ?kayden? said no they wouldn?t allow that you have to order online or have thecoupons with you. I asked if he could ask a manager to honor it because it was in a mailer I had just forgotten it, he went tothe back and said the manager said no. I asked the manager to come out to speak to me as I hadn?t had this issue before but thisstore always has irritated workers that has poor customer service. ?Lupe? the manager said she would not honor any coupons andthat?s the policy and she didn?t care after I explained about the aggressive pizza throwing. I said that was rude and poorcustomer service. I?ve been a customer here for 30 years, cmon people. Take some kind of pride in your work and store and trainyour employees to have better customer service skills. I told Lupe I would sending a complaint for the curt behavior and wouldlike to know her name. ?Kaden? interjected and said ?she?s lupe, I?m Kaden and that?s Cameron have a good day? in acondescending way. These are high school boys speaking to a grown woman and customer unnecessary. Because I asked to use acoupon, papa murphys employees not only didn?t honor their sale, they treated me with disrespect and the other people In thestore. After so many times of being treated this way at this store, this now causes this email. The last two times I?ve ordered a large pizza over the phone to this location I arrived at the store to be told I ordered a... family and was being charged the higher price. I told them I ordered a large and even double checked with the girl taking theorder because of the screw up last time. Do again I had to stand snd wait for a large to be made! No good customer service toaccuse me of making the mistake, then make me wait to get what I ordered. Is this a new way to increase your sales? I know, this location is always very very busy. They are non-stop working every single time I come in for my online order and I... know they are all working hard!! Service can be slow, and there can be lines of people sometimes out the door. Food is alwaysgood. Be patient with this team. They're doing great, and a lot of them are young. So be kind. They're trying to get ordersmade, paid for, and picked up as fast as they get em. Read more

Meat mixed in Vegetarian Pizza They need to be careful, this is violation of customer trust.

Poor customer service practices. They gave my Pizza to the wrong customer freebie for them... This can happen but I was standing... there while the didn't say what's up until I asked again then they say they are remaking it, I tell her I may not have time towait and she stared at me like too bad.... maybe offer a salad or a soda for you mistake not mine.... maybe apologize on thespot not just walk off and leave the customer wondering what's up until they ask again. While we generally have no complaints about the pizza, this location is terrible. Standard protocol at our house is for me to... order and my husband to pick it up on his way home. I don?t think he?s yet to leave there with our entire correct order. Forthe second time tonight we had to go back to pick up part of the order which was forgotten. Other times we?ve just called andhad them refund us for the missing or incorrect parts. (Which they don?t like to do.) Granted, I guess we should be scrutinizingour orders before we leave, but we shouldn't have to. The worst part is that the staff is not friendly or helpful. One girl inparticular has a terrible attitude toward customers. We?ll be choosing another location from here on out. Read more
