Severely disappointed. Pizza Hut is a nostalgia thing for my wife, so I was more than happy to drive 15 minutes to get it.... (since the one in Hillsboro shut down) They have a pretty cool screen inside that has your order name and "ETA" to beingcomplete. (Which all seems pretty cool) I arrived and checked in for curbside pick up waited until about the time it shouldhave been ready and went in to check on my order. I was told "to just go back to my car" (my name was on the screen and showedsome time until it was ready). 15 minutes later I went back in to check on it, they couldn't find my order and my food had beensitting for 10+ minutes and was basically cold by the time I got it home. All told outside of the time I would have expectedthis took an extra 20-30 minutes more than it should have, and no explanation or effort was made to remedy it. If you have anextra 20-30 minutes to spare and enjoy cold pizza, this is the place for you. Read more
Extremely satisfied. Order the large you will not be disappointed.
First: My ultimate ask for Pizza Hut is to have a pizza and a side, delivered, and with tip for less than $20. I ordered online... last night, and the pizza arrived quick, the delivery driver found my apartment no problem, and the boneless chicken bitestasted excellent with the cajun seasoning. The chicken bites were bite-sized, and still counted as a whole wing, which wasdisappointing. The pizza was hot, fresh, crust was fluffy with a little chew, and the toppings were excellent, albeit a littleon the skimpy side. BBQ chicken pizza $20.49+tip and there's no cheese, little chicken & onions. This should be sold as BBQ bread w/chicken & onions... as a side. Do better, Pizza Hut. This is not good value for the money we paid. Read more
I got my pizza in 30 minutes, and it was so hot I HAD TO LET IT COOL DOWN. I am always excited for pizza, but this time was... extra special. Plus the delivery guy was super nice. ???? Read more
Heres the double cheesy crust pizza that was a replacement for an entire different order that they messed up twice. I called at... 9 p.m. and I ordered told him that I would be there at 10 to pick it up. At 9:45 I showed him to the restaurant and she began toexplain my pizza had a few more minutes. After about 15 minutes she explain a bubble had formed and that the pizza touch the topof the oven is that it was ruined and I would have to wait 15 minutes for replacement. She showed me the pizza at which point Iexplain I did not want it for free and that I did want her to remake it also explained that had tomato sauce sandwich Ispecifically ordered white sauce because I'm allergic to tomatoes. I left the restaurant to smoke a cigarette because I've beenthere for 40-plus minutes after calling an hour ahead. After about 15 minutes I came back into the restaurant it was explainedto me that the lid came off of the oregano container and Spilled across the pizza. At 10:10 one person appeared besides the onlygirl that was helping me the entire time I was there. This os beyond ridiculous. I tried to be cognizant of the fact that therewas only one person working so to extend an olive branch out of my dismay I told the worker but I appreciate the fact that shewas the only person working and that I knew she was trying hard...she then responded by saying well hey it's just a job right?Save your time money and energy because in my experience even when replacing something they're not going to be able to get acorrect delivery or carryout! And for the record this is not a stuffed crust pizza there's additional cheese in front of thecrust on top of the pizza. Read more
The attendants/cashier have no clue what they are doing. They have no manners of how to greet or talk to customers. Don?t say... hello. Don?t have a clue what specials they have. Hang up the phone etc. I also own a retail business and that is one thing Ialways push my team on is making sure talk politely with customers and stay informed. For example I called to find out if therewere any carry out specials and the answer was no after 15min hold. I ended up ordering 2 pizza at regular price and when I camethere were carry out specials which would have saved my at least $10-$15. This is not something a regular customer should face. Read more
