If you want a delivery, be aware, though their website offers delivery, and if you type in your address and set it up for... delivery and will say we deliver to this area, they actually do not deliver unless it?s for catering. They will also take a tipfrom you making you think you?re paying for a delivery, they will not deliver and when you call to the store, they will let youknow that their website automatically changes delivery to take out, so that?s fun. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A CONTENDER Attractive atmosphere, Great set-up to make a great sandwich. EXCEPT IT WASN'T. I ordered the... Chicken Club, which is about 8" long for $9 something. After choosing the bread, the first teammate puts on the turkey, cheddar,and bacon and sends it through the toaster. The second teammate puts on the vegetables, dressings, and wraps it (this is wherethe wheels fell off), and the third teammate collects your money. Seems like a well-oiled machine, EXCEPT oil isn't even anoption, NEITHER are cucumbers, green peppers, or olives that I wanted on it! Oh, and if you want Ranch instead of mayonnaise -THEY DON'T DO THAT EITHER! The second teammate offered a portion cup of ranch "that I could put on myself" then started to wrapmy sandwich. I had her stop and provide the ranch and sandwich to me, so I COULD PUT THE RANCH ON MYSELF before she wrappedit. I don?t understand the point of planning and ordering ahead of your not going to prioritize those orders. I placed my order... ahead of time, showed up at the ?estimated ready time? and it wasn?t ready. That?s fine. That happens. When I noticed my pick uporder wasn?t ready I thought, maybe I should go through the line I?m holding my newborn and he?s nearing his nap time and Iplaced the order ahead for convenience as I was low on time. And I didn?t. I regret that. Not only did I have plenty of timewaiting to notice their sign ?our promise? sign that says 8 minutes through the line max. I had already been waiting IN thestore, AFTER placing my order ahead of time, for much LONGER than 8 minutes. Not just one, but MULTIPLE people who walked in andentered the line were helped before my order was provided. Again, I ask, what?s the point of ordering ahead of time? Pretty good first experience! The staff were spectacular, the prices were about average for the quality but the food was a bit... underwhelming. A decent sandwich shop that produces a decent sub. The ?A Wreck? sub was quite tasty and had a fine balance between meats,... cheese, and veggies. I enjoyed the fact that this establishment toasts their subs, as it added another dimension ofdeliciousness. The pricing was a little bit more than other, similar establishments.
