Worst experience ever. Ordered 2 chicken bowls. They actually did not even have serving utensils. If you ask for cheese, you get... 1 pinch! I asked foe stir dry veggies. I got exactly 2 strips of raw green Bell pepper. I asked for extra, and they said it's aextra charge. Worst of all, tried to use my coupon for chips queso with entree I bought, cashiers would not give discount. GotoChipotle. TL;DR: I'm amused. Well, this was an interesting one. The boyfriend and I had a late night of errands and around 8:30pm, were... starved. Qdoba is our go-to so we set off to get ourselves some yummy tacos and burritos! We pull up at 8:45pm and to ourdismay, the place looks closed. Lights off, mats away, signs pulled in, everything. I check Google and it says they are openuntil 10pm, confirmed just a few days ago by the store itself. Puzzled, I call and ask! Someone answers and very pleasantlyconfirms they are open until 10pm. We hear in the background a groan and swear word. So the boyfriend and I walk over again andsee 3 other customer walk in before us. We go in and all the food is put away! Lights still off, rags out for wiping downeverything, and no other customers except two teenage girls sitting at table, and the guy who walked in before us. There arethree guys behind the counter (all look about 17). The guy who helped us (sorry I didn't get your name! Tall, maybe Frenchaccent?), was very kind and pleasant. He pulled all the food back out for the customers in front of us and started doing ourorder. The other two gentlemen working there were very obviously more interested in talking with the girls at the table. Theydejectedly made our food, but were nice about it! Didn't slap things together but we could tell that we maybe interruptedsomething. We got home with our food and sadly, it wasn't the standard we are used to. My tortillas were stale and the chickenwas cold. The burrito and chips were good though! Shout out to the very nice and professional guy who helped us, sorry to theother two for interrupting whatever plan you had going there. Awesome customer service and great teamwork between the manager and staff when completing your order. From the front door to the... bathroom this is facility is super clean! The dining area is open to the public with a mask on policy until you are seated. Ifyour local to the area they are hiring, so come on down and fill out an application or grab a bite to eat. I ordered a veggie and a chicken custom build your own bowl online from this place. Food was fresh and delicious. The only... complaint I have is the portion was not sufficient for dinner. I have ordered the same bowls from qdoba before as well butquantity was never an issue. Disappointed! Update: Qdoba Team reached out after reading this review and requested to order fromthe place again(with discount voucher), the experience this time was awesome. The food was good although the portions were smaller compared to other mexican places I have been to. The tacos and burritos... were delicious, specially the Drunken Yard and the Fire Roaster Shrimp Burrito. The service was quick and the place was overallgood. It was a 3.5 star from my side.. Im sad.. I was Rejected by the manager on my Birthday for the Birthday Reward because the barcode didn't work. I offered my... State Driver's License to show proof that it's my Birthday. And she said still refused me. I curse you, Miss.. Manager to havethis same energy come back to you x2. How you treat another is how you treat yourself. How would you feel if I was you.
