We decided to go out for pizza for Halloween. I'll start this by saying the food was OK, but not what it used to be. Now for... the service. When we arrived there was only one patron eating there and a dirty table. The woman who took our order lookedannoyed that we were there and never smiled once. In fact, we felt like the staff thought having anyone in the restaurant wasan inconvenience. If I could give zero stars, I would. At most there were 3 tables with anywhere from one to three people atthem, including us. When we left, the initial dirty table was still the same. They won't have to worry about any more badreviews from us though. We won't be going back. They've gotten enough of our money over the years and now it's time to move onto someone who actually wants to serve good food and cares about their customers. Read more
TL;DR: Terrible experience, terrible food, terrible price. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and cinnamon sticks via the app at roughly... 5:46 PM for pickup at 6:06. When we arrived at 6:06 there was smoke coming out of the kitchen and a horde of 6-8 workers inside.When someone came out to the counter and I told them I was here to pick up my order I was told that I?d have a ten minute wait.Twenty minutes later we got our order. At least it?s fresh, right? When we got home the food was terrible. The cinnamon stickswere small, overly firm, and practically glued to the cardboard box. The pizza was greasy and rubbery and the cheese wasdisgusting; the best way to describe it is that it tasted like a bad frozen pizza. The pepperoni was unevenly distributed; agood portion of the pizza was lucky to have more than 2-3 pieces. And this was the miniature pepperoni, so it really looked sadto look at too. On top of all this, we actually attempted to redeem one of our rewards during checkout for a free largeone-topping pizza. Despite entering everything into the app correctly, we were charged full price- so roughly $30 for bad pizzaand breadsticks. I?m almost certain that this is the fault of the workers because the last time we went in the person at thecounter didn?t know how to redeem my QR code on the app either. I remember when this was a pretty nice Roundtable, with goodfood that was worth the price- in fact I remember going there not too long after it opened and being really impressed by howgood the food was compared to other nearby pizza places. I?m shocked at how bad it?s gotten. I can only assume that the staffhasn?t been properly trained given my recent experiences, as it seemed like it was mostly young men working there today. Themanager(s) really need to work on providing better training for their employees or I don?t see myself coming back here again. Read more
Close to home fast friendly service!! This location has alot of TV screens to watch all the sports. I ordered a pizza ???? Togo... and had a small glass of hard cider while I waited. Don't forget to tip these folks that are working hard to service us!!! Read more
Location was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. It just seemed like it was a newer location, and waiting for... the last few things to be completed. Happy with the pizza. Hot and tasty. We may return later to see if everything is set up andcompletely operational. Read more

The pizza is really good. That being said. I just picked up my pizza (11/22/2022) and was really surprised to see a guy from the... back cook area in come out in pajamas. The unprofessional appearance aside this seems like very inappropriate clothing to bewearing in a commercial kitchen. I would recommend you nip that in the bud because that looks really bad. Read more
