The Saigon Bowl was truly great. I have been driving by this little eatery for a while now and decided it was time to try them... out. My amazing girlfriend and I went in for dinner. The service was prompt and friendly. Everything on the menu looked so goodit was truly hard to decide what to order, we wanted to order almost everything. We ended up getting the salt & pepper calamariand the coconut Summer rolls for appetizers. Then the beef brisket Bo kho soup and the lemon grass chili chicken. The exoticflavors and beautiful plaiting was a step above. We will be revisiting the Saigon Bowl again to try the rest of the excitingdishes on their menu. Favorite restaurant in Beaverton right now! We have tried a lot of the menu and have enjoyed the variety, which they do... extremely well. We especially loved both the green papaya salad and the mango salad with sweet sticky grilled shrimp! Also lovethe Vietnamese iced coffee. We ordered take out from here the other day. The items ordered included: Beef pho, lemongrass beef, and Saigon Combination... (grilled chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp with vermicelli noodles). The beef pho was packaged well with the noodles not beingovercooked. The broth was slightly a bit sweet, but still good. The winners were the other two dishes as the meat had reallygood flavors. The food is absolutely amazing. So fresh, clean, and aromatic. I had COVID back in January and lost my taste completely. I got... my vaccine in April and my taste has slowly come back. When I visited this restaurant for the first time in May, my mind wasblown! The coconut curry was the most flavorful thing I have ever tasted since having COVID. It is on the spicy side but it isdelicious. I’ve ordered the coconut curry every time I’ve visited because it’s that good, but everything else soundsdelicious, so I’ll have to eventually branch out when I come again. Read more

Went last Sunday. Service was terrible and they were not busy. Food there when it arrived was good. The appetizer came out... after the pho.Ordered beef pho to go to take to someone who had never eaten pho before.Noodles were separate from broth so theybecame a rock. The rest of the condiments that were to go with the pho were not included. The pho was inedible and had to bethrown down the sink. Very disappointing. I had eaten here before the pandemic. If you do decide to eat here be prepared forpoor service and do not take it to go. Read more
