I never ever ever have anything usually good to say about sonic drive-through as far as customer service goes, but I went... through the drive-through tonight and the young lady that took my order was absolutely amazing! Her name is Haley. she wasliterally so sweet and kind more than anybody else ever has been to me from that location. She exemplifies customer service andgoes the extra mile and for that I will keep coming back and hopefully she will rub off on others there. Great advice, delicious food, my only negative experience was the chicken tenders for the toddlers were over cooked, dark brown,... they couldn't eat them! Lesson learned! I still enjoy everything else, we just don't order chicken tenders!???? Read more

I am a reg. Customer go and get my ice there every day the ice is Sonic has helped me through stomach cancer three different... surgeries and residual effects of those surgeries and depend on this ice to get me through a lot of painful days the staffespecially one in particular name Katie she and the same name as my daughter and Katie is just as sweet always asking how I amafter she found out why I get ice all the time not many people ask me however she took the time to ask there's a lot of times Ishow up and I really feel horrible and I just want to get my eyes and go home I feel better there has been times when I'veshowed up too the Sonic and they have been unexpectedly closed and on those days unfortunately I am unable to eat because thepain is so horrendous. Also there be times when the line is so long and I have other things to get done in my day and I amunable to come back to Sonic to retrieve my my eyes so like I said I have to starve and I eat unfortunately the price is gone upquite a bit like I said I depend on this to be able to eat I do not take anything for the pain I just do my best to avoid it tothose that are working thank you for showing up I'm sorry if I get impatient at times and I really wish you guys would put a bagof ice on any of the apps that deliver because like I said I still get sick and there's times when I can't even get out of bedso I do depend on delivery services thank you again Katie for taking the time to be concerned enough about your customerMichelle Ramirez Read more

I regularly visit for a cherry slush. I love how the app allows for ordering ahead and the drinks are always 1/2 price and the... service is great. No waiting in line just pull into a stall. Read more

Talking on the speaker, I'm almost always mis understood. A few dollars more for a quality speaker may help. The food is almost... always good, but once in a while the lettuce on my burger I would never serve. Read more

From Virginia and will always love the chili cheese tots a lot. Tried the fried pickles and wasn't pleased. Please take this off... your menu please. I know this place is southeast state but the breading is horrid even for being a fast food place. Is it panko?Panko is horrible to use for breading. Not sure why this item didn't have the ranch packet included. Messed up we have to askfor an item that is required. Read more

The last 4 times I've been here, they have screwed up my order and given me the wrong food. Tonight I made sure to check that... everything was correct before leaving the drive thru. Unfortunately I didn't hold up the line to put a straw in my drink andcheck that because that was what they decided to mess up tonight. So that's FIVE trips in a row to this store and I have notgotten what I've paid for. I will not be giving this location a 6th opportunity to learn how to do their jobs. Read more

Savory mozzarella sticks, not-so-savory service. Ever since my separation from this company, their whole mood has been very... hostile towards me and pretty much anyone else who's separated from them. Sending me this slip doesn't give them a pass to bringme back for SKIPPING THE 3 STRIKES POLICY. The area coach, Brandon or something, gave me an unfair chance at keeping the job.One good thing I can say is the guys who trained me for the job were actually great people and even they were given an unfairchance at keeping their jobs because the area coach couldn't keep more than 5 people working the front of house.
