So I always go to this location. I didn?t leave a review last time when I was there but this time I?m going to write one. When I... walked inside I saw one of your employees sitting down at the table with a young caucasian female who appeared under theinfluence on some form of illegal substance. he was so high he couldn?t even do things right. it made me uncomfortable. Thewhole thing was so unprofessional. I also wanted to get cookies but all the cookies were burnt. He was also working with someother employees possibly Hispanic with a mustache. I came here to order a meatball sub as I heard they revamped their menu and ingredients. The employee started making them and... told me there was not enough meatballs to make two. Instead of making more, he suggested I order something else. So I orderedtwo chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. My wife and I almost broke our teeth. The shredded chicken contained a large amount of boneshidden inside the meat rendering it unedible. This wasn't even edible food that was just bad, it was disgusting and hazardous sowe threw it away. This was done because of no proper training or it was deliberately done. A 6" Italian BMT. Nothing asked to be made special. 2... handfuls of onions were put on this sandwich. Not only did I stink like onions all night but my car still smells like onions 24hours after receiving the sub. I now have to detail the inside to get the smell out. Thanks Subway. First off I hate reviews but this is unacceptable. Never coming back, waited almost 12 minutes until I got an inaccurate order.... The guy didn?t hear my order correctly, multiple items were out of stock, gave me wrong vegetables.. no mayo or oil and vinegarthat i asked for. and everytime I have come back they always skimp on meat and cheese and give you a salad in the middle of yourbread.. everytime , and I handed him a valid coupon and he was confused on it at first and said he couldn?t use it at hisregister which isn?t a problem for me but he took a while till he took my money. What an awful subway. Forced to go here because the nice one on Main Street is closed permanently, food is soggy and disgusting,... customer service is 0 out of 10, the oven has been broken for months so nothing but burnt bread, they are out of everything . Do not order delivery! The last 3 times we ordered online delivery they charged doordash fees then do not drop off the make it a... meal. They only leave the sandwiches. They do not answer the phone and since it?s not ordered through doordash you can not get arefund. Save the extra $6.00 per order because they can?t get it right! Read more
Wow, great service at this location. The guy with the jellyfish tattoo on his arm went out of his way to be extra friendly.
