My food was clearly grabbed from under a heating lamp as it was ready immediately and was rubbery when I ate it. That's not a... terribly uncommon experience in fast food restaurants but the no fewer than ten flies hanging around the line and the sodafountain was a new experience. Read more

Wendy's is delicious don't get me wrong. But recently. No matter how I order(door dash or drive thru) my order comes wrong or... missing items. Always. Last time me, my coworker and my fiance went through the drive thru and they didn't give us any fries oreven straws. We've ordered off of door dash and they didn't give us our frostys, or cookies, or fries. Multiple times. And norefund was ever issued. Even though we requested it. (Around 5 times) once we even ordered a little before closing, they tookout money and a door dasher didn't arrive in time, so they kept our cash and didn't give the dasher any food. (They were 1minute later to the window) which I understand I work at Arby's. But keeping the cash and not issuing a refund any of the timesis ridiculous. I love they're food to much not to order from here but it's appalling how much they get there orders wrong. Read more

I gave the cashier 20 bucks for food worth 11 dollars when I told him how much it was he said no. Then when I pulled into the... second window to get my food and asked for the receipt my receipt said 11 dollars after the guy only gave me two bucks?. I?m notsure what?s going on here but I wouldn?t trust it. The cashier took a long time to give me my money back. Lastly when theyfinally gave me my money back it was short again 49 cents ? I didn?t want to be petty but I?m pretty sure tips are illegal. Read more

I placed an app order. I clicked onto Minter Bridge location and somehow it didn?t save I guess. It?s put pick up location at... Hall Boulevard. I have no idea why because I don?t go to Hall Boulevard and I clicked on Minter Bridge. I showed them thereceipt for payment and apparently they can?t offer to fulfill my order there. I understand that I made a mistake, but honestly,I paid for the order. I?m on my way to work I do not have time to drive to Hall Boulevard from Hillsboro for Wendy?s breakfast.Like I said, I know that I made a mistake, but I did pay for the order . In my opinion, that?s awful customer service. I willnever go back to that location. Read more

I?ve been here five times now and every time I?m blown away with how good their food is. Soooo much better than other Wendy?s.... Every burger and sandwich I?ve had is perfectly assembled. Whoever is working in the kitchen is just doing an amazing job. Idon?t normally go to fast food and I would have never come back 5x if it wasn?t for the consistent above average quality. Read more

Was there this evening with family. The manager was very friendly and ran the crew well. All of our food came out correctly,... hot, and still in a timely manner. This is how fast food should be. I don't eat alot of this type of food anymore. But thisrestaurant should be the standard. No photos of the food,ate it all. lol. Just the chocolate frosty left. Read more
